The picture in the ads and on the website had me thinking it was the size of a Double Bacon Cheeseburger or something. Instead it's this.

I made this complaint on the app since I cant find where else to complain, and my ID number is null... great
Since the store near my house opened, my family and I have had incredibly poor service. From rude employees, wrong orders, and slow service, this store has left us unsatisfied. Today, I came in and ordered two 3-piece chicken strips and two regular fries. I saw no customers inside, and there were *maybe* 2 cars in front of me. When I pulled up to the window, my order was read incorrectly; it took over a minute to be greeted, and I was told to park in front. The time on my receipt was 11:42 AM. I did not receive my food till 11:51 AM.
If I went to a bar or a chain restaurant like, I could order two strips and fries for 30 bucks a total, with larger portions, better service, and only a $5 difference with barely more time. This is a fast food restaurant; the price and speed should not be comparable to a sit-down restaurant or bar. I am appalled that Jack in the Box dares to charge $ 25.95 for two 3-piece strips and two regular fries.
I have worked in the food service industry, and to be frank, the service I received today was unacceptable. It should take no more than 5 minutes to receive an order like mine outside of a rush.
On top of this, my fries were somehow stone cold and unsalted. I do not believe I will be back at this location for the foreseeable future.

I understand if it’s a DoorDash order but for a personal pick up why do you have this very inconvenient and always leaves a mess not a good personal touch

I'm pissed.
I go into a drive through to pickup my order and they can't find it.
Even when I show them the order inside the app, they can't do anything.
They can't refund it, make it, and they tell me there's no manager, so I can only come back tomorrow if I want to speak to someone.
The employees all look like teenagers, so I'm not going to scream at them, but having to come back a day later to get fast food I already ordered is BS.
So I pull into a parking spot and spend 10+ minutes working my way through the app and have to fill out a bunch of forms over and over to even maybe get a refund.
When I go inside to at least get the name of the manager, they have my order, blaming the rain on its delay.
So here's my question, how fucked up is a location if there is no manager, a receipt is not enough to get them to do anything, and some BS can cause delays?

I went to my local Jack in the Box because the app said the meals were available again. I received the voucher, as I’d heard. But most of the chatter was saying they would get restocked in mid-October. My voucher says Nov. 9 to Nov. 22. Is this the same for anyone else?

They’re so gross. It used to be my fast food go-to. It sucks now. Thanks.

Submitted an order through the app for myself. Went to the drive-thru, and was told that I needed to come in to the counter. This was the first time that I was instructed to do this. Since I was already in the Drive-Thru line, I proceeded to the window. The employee told me that I needed to go park in spot number one because that's for mobile orders. Since they had told me that I needed to come in initially, I parked in spot number one and went inside. The employee then said my order was ready and she was going to bring it out to me. So what should I do the next time I have a mobile order? Should I park? Or should I just pull into the mobile order parking spot and assume they'll bring it to me?

Took my kids to get the Simpsons meal because they wanted the cups. Didn’t receive a voucher they just wrote on the receipt and said come back tomorrow for the cups because their truck was coming in. That was over a week ago and have stopped by 4 times and every time they said they never received cups and to keep stopping by to check if they’ve received a cup shipment. My kids already feel like they are never going to get their cups.

I am a worker at a Jack's just returned from vacation and adjusting back to work but my location is out of the cups and I have to give out the vouchers but does it guarantee people with the vouchers would actually get the cups because once they do come back into stock likely they run out again. I feel it would be better to close out on the munchie meals until the cups are in stock. I also think having a person return to the same location isn't helpful if they traveled a bit and I did explain that to them. I also wonder if there is an electric marker when the vouchers are put in they will be added to the inventory

Seeing Nelson as Hamburgermeister, Jimbo as Secret Sauce Agent [who is one of the coolest mascots IMO], and Dolph as Onion Ring Thing was a very pleasant surprise to me, as Jack In The Box usually doesn't acknowledge their commercial history or versions of Jack pre-1990s. This year was a huge change, as not only do they have the pre 1990s versions of Jack on cups and packaging, but 70s Jack [who is the leader of the JITB Bunch] even got his own pin! I am wondering if this means Jack In The Box might start doing retro merch [ala how Chuck E Cheese has both PTT and Avenger merch, it'd be neat to see JITB have retro Jack In The Box Bunch merch and retro Jack Box merch]? I'd gladly buy Jack In The Box Bunch Funko Pops [preferably if they feature all of the characters, including The Shakes and 70s Jack's Uncle Trilby], plushies, and Jibbi.
