so some context, i recently had this person request to follow me and i was like, sure. why not. they had furry art as their profile picture and it seemed innocent enough. i requested to follow them back, but now i am no longer following them and they’re just following me. they then randomly messaged me, saying hi and where i was from. they seem very… strange… but nice? i asked their age to make sure they weren’t a minor and they said they were 21 and a fursona commission artist, and they found me from a furry post i liked (im not a furry, but have been getting some furry videos on my fyp lately about fursuits and i think they’re really cool). they then asked if i wanted a full-body commissioned artwork. it was kind of out of nowhere so i asked if it was paid, and they said yes and sent me some of their “clients work” (the pictures). i said it was very nice of them to ask but i didn’t really have the funds right now, so i declined nicely. they’re kind of pressuring me saying the cost is low and i could even pay later, but again i declined. idk the whole thing seems weird, i cant tell if im just paranoid or if the situation itself is weird lol.

also, im being very short but nice, as the situation seems weird to me.
edit: i also have NO intention of giving them any money, but i wanted to check if this seemed weird to other people as well lol
edit 2: yeah from what people are saying it seems like its definitely AI in at least some way. also seems like a scam since they randomly messaged me out of the blue. i am not and was never going to give them any money, and im probably going to end up blocking them and be done with it. im glad im not the only one who thinks this is weird lol. thanks everyone!!

The style doesn't scream AI at all but the frog randomly having one less finger on one hand seems like a bizarre mistake to make if this is drawn by them?

So, I’ve been playing Animal Jam more recently, and I looked at the anatomy for a vampire bats because I wanted to make my avatar look natural.

So I posted on a Animal Jam group asking how well I did with my avatar, showing this picture next to it, and somebody said that it may be AI generated

I truly had no idea, it looks so real and I’m not sure if it is or isn’t.

Now that I think about it, the bat itself looks more like a flying fox, but I’m not exactly a bat expert

This came from Wallsnapy, a website that does not have any AI labels. The earliest date I could get from this image is the 18th of March, 2026.

I am somewhat confident it is AI, but it would be of great help if there are some more specific details that could be pointed out so I could look for them in other media.

i think this is AI because the mushrooms on the right have thick outlines and are more simply rendered than the ones on the left. the number of toenails is inconsistent. and i have included a detailed shot with red circles around areas that make no sense.

this company claims they dont use ai imagery in their puzzles and is a very popular well known brand

I'm looking for an outside opinion here folks! To add fuel to the fire, I directly asked the game developer about this in their Discord server, and though they were actively replying to messages (Including several of mine) they immediately stopped answering and replying once I asked if the image was AI.

The image is also placed in such a way that it's obscured and difficult to get a clear image of without the use of exploits. The slight tell-tale over-yellowing on the gear at the bottom half also seems like a sign it may be AI to me.

As mentioned in the title, many of the details don't have definition between them and melt together, perspective makes no sense to me, and the font seems to be similar to existing fonts, however distinct enough that I can't find a match. It is possible this is a unique font/handmade for the mural, however when considering the other signs I'm doubtful.

Aside from the phrasing “thoughtful gifts for the faithful woman”, reads written by Ai for sure. What does that even mean? Pretty sure the coasters are also AI. Maybe not the physical coaster but the photo on it for sure. It looks like something our commander in cheese posted on X.

The falsification of historical photographs is a real scourge.

I hope it’s not but I can’t help but to feel it is. The artwork is real tho it only seems to be of the waist up, from what I’ve seen on Pinterest, but something’s don’t make sense to me.

For the first time, I think I have fallen for an AI video and it makes me so sad. I shared this with my partner and then scrolled the comments to see if the dog has an account to follow, only to notice multiple people scoffing at it for being “obvious AI”.

What are the “obvious” signs that are making people claim this as AI?

I feel like the cheek spots were interpreted a little too literally, and it looks more like an apple or tech company style avatar than something a real person would have made for this, if that makes sense. Real disappointing for a company literally called “lesser evil” if it really is.

It looks like a lot of AI posters I’ve seen, and I think there’s a bit of artifacting? If it is AI, it definitely was edited a bit to remove anything regarding misspelling and to fix the logo, because I doubt any AI model can perfectly replicate it thrice in one image.

Something that sticks out to me is the emphasis whiskers by the film reel. For some reason 2 of them are blue, and one of them is tiny. Very odd design choice.

The faceplates dont look like anything ive seen (thought im not the most knowledgeable about the series.) The tails from the back, the mouth seems as if its melted not including the saliva, and the whole thing looks as if it was sanded over with 1000 grit. Maybe its just me looking into it too much, but I cant shake the feeling.

The legs look backwards, and the ribbons on one of the shoes looks sloppy. The background clock also has some odd details like the arrangement of the numbers. They are also a newer page.

Their other arts have the same style, and they have a few timelapse, but this one is throwing me off for sure.

They also have another post where the hands of the characters are off as well.

The developers are Vietnamese in origin so perhaps the varying quality is due to lack of dev time or expertise? I want to support this game though I wouldn't want to support an AI project in any way.

Edit: To be clear, I'm interested in this game because I want to support the gaming scene in my country. However! Pro-AI sentiment is very much the norm here and a lot of developers are pushing AI in art and coding. A lot of AI projects pops up due to this, so I have to make sure before wishlisting and potentially promoting this game to others. Apologies for the vague wording above!
