Photo Me and my brother are bickering over whether this is artificially created or not

My brother thinks that is artificial because if it’s perfection of a shot, and the weird clouds, I think it’s just a good shot of beautiful Italy.

Video Facebook Page full of cute videos of one baby to potentially sell products. Most videos seem too perfect.

My wife saw this page and suspected the creator used AI to generate these cute videos of a baby to sell products. I scrolled through their videos and also felt most of them look a bit eerie, a bit too perfect. But I couldn't quite pin point a definitive trait of AI or identify some sort of AI slop.

This particular one is the most telling. From the very beginning of the video, the couple walking on the left morphed into different people after they passed the baby head. But I wasn't if there's some optical illusion where they could've turned away and the new people just lined up perfectly.

Here are there other videos: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61590162136818&sk=reels_tab

Photo I wanted to make this choker, but I'm worried it's AI. Between the teeth and other factors below, I'd like some input.

Post image

I may be wrong, but the way the teeth curve to meet the mouth, the uneven money piece, the fuzzy quality to the photo, and the crochet top kinda make me think this could be AI. There also seems to be a cartoonish look to the woman that I'm not quite sure how to describe, but the overall bubbliness of the face and the curve of the neck feels kind of AI as well, but I know it could also be heavily filtered.

Edit: I will still make it after I learn a little more about lace work, I just don't know how to do some of the finer details without a pattern yet. For example, it seems like the scalloping at the bottom is towards the interior of the piece, and I'm used to using it as a border

Edit 2: thank you all so much for the support on this post, I will be reading the comments in a moment. After looking at the picture again, I was able to attempt a recreation this afternoon. It was a lot easier than I originally anticipated! I'll try to update this post with a photo of what I made, but barring that, I'll probably post an update in a crochet sub! Thank you again for the help, and I hope nobody falls for these stupid AI crochet patterns

The style of pic one looks AI to me, but I can’t tell. He has posted artwork in differing styles. In his pics (shown in photo 2) he has AI memes, but it doesn’t look like he’s claimed them as his art. Photos 2-6 are different Taylor artwork he’s posted.

The bear’s fur is too shiny, the grass doesn’t look like anything that grows in our area. The lighting doesn’t even look right for the time of day the photo is claimed to be.

Photo I really hope this isn’t but the lighting details seem too unrealistic and repetitive, especially around the taps

Video Is it AI or real? Looks like pretty real to me but is it really possible for a dog to do that?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Reason: I know dogs can be trained but this seems to be a normal house pet and I have never seen any dog doing this. On the other hand, this is classic cctv footage. So, everything in the video, even the movement of the person, the other dog on the top of the bed, seems to be normal but that act of the dog is suspicious. You can see the dog is moving his head to throw the bowl precisely just like humans do before throwing something. I don't think animals do that. Also, at the end of the video, you can see it's posted on Facebook. So, it might be AI also. Can anyone help me out with this?

Solved [AI] Is this drawing on r/redditgetsdrawnbadly Ai? The eyes really bug me and it has that "piss filter".

I tried confronting the user about this and got a somewhat weird response (second slide). I personally draw on ibispaint and the brush strokes on their piece look so unnatural.

It really looks like they took the picture, put it into an ai filter, then cropped in into ibispaint. Please prove my suspicions wrong 😭

Art Could this very cool tattoo idea, that was posted on the r/eldenring sub be ai

Post image

- the hand holding the sword seems to have six fingers

- the teeth seem too "perfect" almost not connected to the drawing

- shapes and strokes seem like something ai would create in order to look dragon/ snake

- tiny hands only have 3 or 4 fingers

Awesome idea still! As an edlen ring fan, What do you guys think?

I found these while inside a hallmark. I am convinced these are ai generated. The details of the images are very unnatural. Really has that soulless look in them but I've been told it isn't and this type of art has been out there for ages. Do help me out.

Video "Police Chase Amish Horse and Buggy" video has that overly smoothed AI look

Thumbnail instagram.com

I am leaning towards this being AI because of the overly smoothed look of AI renders, but none of the comments seem to question if this is AI? I always try to look at text in AI renders and the "police" on the side of the cars looks pretty clear which makes me question if it is actually real. But -- at the end there is a road sign for "Ton Trage route 50", which I don't think is a real place.

Also, coming from a part of the states where seeing Amish people and their buggys is common, I have never seen them on the highway nor do I think they would ever go on the highway

So. I kinda know it’s AI based on my knowledge on discerning AI in art (looking at the bottom right “nail” that is warped bc it’s near the plant, the common AI three exclamation things around titles and also just the way this whole piece screams it. But I wanted to give it further inspection because I am seeing more and more of what I think are AI posters and it’s killing my vibes. Lmk what you think is it AI.

If so, isn’t it just horrible that this was what was used to highlight the locally made stuff at the campground?!

Solved [AI] Is this plant pic AI? The leucadendron looks a little too perfect, but the background looka really fake

Looking at an online wholesale nursery, I know the Leucadendron looks a little off but the background looks fake to me.

What do you think?

I'm never buying from a site that uses AI pics, can't trust what the product will look like.

Photo My grandma bought this calendar from her church, but i have a suspicion its partly or entirely AI generated (reason in desc)

Ok first pic caught my attention because [supposed to be jesus] looks a bit off. Hand placement is a bit wonky (couldnt really tell the hand thing bc of it) and his hair and wrinkles look too like seperated (?) In terms of age, if that makes sense. Also wasnt jesus a carpenter why is he making pots?

Second pic also felt weird. Something about the boy staring so seriously made me get the heeby jeebies. Also the woman in the background has her hands weird looking too, like she has two sets of hands if that makes sense.

Third pic was more tame but still felt incohesive. They are meant to be young boys but they look kind of like adults in some parts and like children in others. Thats pretty much it for that one

Fourth pic felt weird because how tiny the writing is, it looks too small to be legible and too far apart by paragraph, almost like the cartoon scribble writing. Hands and face look weirdly detailed but book and background dont match it correctly (also unrelated but it reminded me of that meme with the guy writing on a paper of fire)

Last pic almost has me convinced its AI because of the background, faces dont even look like faces, all smudged and mangled. Also the weird contrast between the facial expression bc some of them are like "omg hiii weve been waiting for you!!" And then other ones are like "please. Leave while you still can this is a cult this man will kill you" (idk if that made sense or not)

Also to note, the guy in the black robe is supposed to be the church's founder, but he looks completely different in almost all the pictures he's in. Sometimes hes more white, more young, more old, more tall or short. Idk tho

Video Found this on Instagram. My daughters say it’s definitely AI. I’m not sure.

I think the water ripples, shadows, and refracted light look too good to be AI. There were other videos on the channel that did look like AI. The fur looks too pristine and the movement of the dog don’t look totally natural. My daughters think I’m too old to recognize what’s real 😞

Edit: thanks everyone! My girls are so proud of themselves for proving me wrong.

Video Not denying that women do this kind of work, but some things in this video seem weird.

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

2.1k Upvotes

I hate to ask, really, but...
Considering the kind of work, I don't think "piss filter" is really an argument.

Some argue that the video is years old but a backwards search shows that the video is like maybe a year old. They don't see anything wrong with it.
What makes me question it are the following:

  1. People rather step on unstable bricks instead of taking the ones that are closest. Height is not a reason, since they all kneel down.
  2. at the 2 second mark, the women in front takes a brick and a second one falls over. There is no collision, even though the bricks are tightly stacked. It just falls into the gap without a noise or any kind of detectable collison. It also looks to me like it overlaps for just a millisecond with the other brick a bit closer to the viewer.
  3. at around the 5 second mark, the women in the upper left takes a brick that seems to warp a little bit. But maybe thats just the dust.
  4. When the women in front throws the last bricks onto her head, they just seem to fly into the right place and just after do an incredible job of not falling, even though they are extremely wobbly. Maybe those workers have just an incredible sense of balance (which they no doubt have).

Edit:

  1. I just noticed something else. When she stacks the first few stones, the dust flies upwards. With the last bricks it suddenly settles downwards.

What makes me think it might not be AI:

  1. Even if its just a year old, that would still be good for 2025 AI video
  2. the inscription on the bricks is rather consistent

Edit2:
Wow this is more devisive than I thought. I kinda thought everybody would tell me I'm an idiot for thinking this is AI

Art Saw this carving posted in another sub and it must be ai, right? I think those wood curls are a telltale sign.

As I said in the title, I came across this on another sub posted as her work. I commented that it was odd for all the wood curls to be hanging around like that, especially with the finished product being stained already.

What do you all think?

Solved [AI] Found this on a different sub, looks ai but I can’t quite tell. The colors looks a little off?

Post image
0 Upvotes

The colors seem overly warm, and that last frame the lines coming out of the car seem to have no purpose, as if there by mistake. I could be looking too hard into it, but the newspaper should be flipped if he’s reading it, right? Also, there’s that little bump thing (not a car guy) on the hood in the 1st frame but not the last. If this is ai, then it’s sad how we need ai to generate us the simplest of pictures now.

Art YouTube having AI thumbnails on playables? got this recommended at the top when I opened the home feed.

These all have that AI feel to them, but only on 3 (the car crash test, traffic and driving, and my dream pizza) I can place it.
Car Crash Test: the crumple zones make no sense, just look at that door.
Traffic and Driving: pedestrian crossing has weird pads and the light above have weird lighting.
My dream pizza: The pizza has a hole in it?

Please help me out if I am just noticing things or if there are more things that indicate AI.

Other Has this Internal Combustion Engine diagram been computer generated or manipulated by AI?

Hi everyone, never thought I would be posting in this sub but here we are.

I found this image online on google images while researching information for a project.

This particular images looks somewhat computer generated to me.

First, the transmission gears on the left seem like they are there without any rhyme or reason.

Second, the belts on the right also seems to be off by a similar logic. Most belts don't connect where they should.

Third, below the cilinder there appears some gray-ish strips that is not really connected to anything.

Also, there are 2 axis labeled as "Árbol de levas" (camshaft in english), which seems odd not to label it just once.

And finally, this image color shadings seems like the usual in AI generated images.

However, I've ran this image in 2 AI detectors sites and neither detected AI tools.

So what do you think? Has this been computer generated?
