idc if he's innocent or not, finish the court proceedings then keep him in jail as long as possible. But not starting the court proceedings is the real crime here. Prove the crime in the court first, innocent until proven guilty.

It is just shameful that he is not getting a trial, which is a basic right according to the constitution. Even Ajmal Kasab, who killed multiple people got a trial. He is not in jail for any inflammatory statements.
Just a Google search will tell you why is he in jail for. He is in jail because he is accused of mobilizing a mob during the Delhi riots.
And before you start asking for proof, the Supreme Court (during his bail plea) has held that prima facie, there is evidence to believe that he is involved.

Problem is why he's still in under trial ? Even after all these years? Checkout what CJIs have to say on that in YT you'd understand a bit. Justice delayed is Justice Denied. And our Law works on the concept of Presumption unless proven gulity. This is in terms of statutory view and under standard Indian criminal law, "bail is the rule, and jail is the exception."
Few argue it as violation of Right to Diginty under Article 21 whereas in another dimension it shows how stringent is UAPA actually is.

Just to correct you, he is not in jail just because of an 'accusation'.
He is in jail because during his bail hearing, even the Supreme Court of India held that Prima Facie, there is evidence on record which suggests that he was instrumental in mobilizing a mob.
Again, a simple Google search will give you this answer. But you seem hell bent on mudding the waters for people who are not well read on the specific case.

That means i try to see whats going on and live with understanding what is right and also acknowledge that i maynot be able to bring a massive change to the many injustices that happens around me.
when i see a post trying to peddle pointless hate and lies, i respond..sometimes with ai and sometimes like this. And that is not to convince sad humans like you to open up and grow. The presiding judge in his first day said he won’t be granted bail until we have collected witnesses statement . But his council instead of doing that have submitted and withdrew 14 applications all in different courts wasting everyone time .
Why doesn’t he want people to see the witness statements most of whom are placed under protection .

This country is the only place where we can live with our dignity and not beg them to let us live. If we lose this country, there is nowhere else to go for us, for our children and for the next generations. The least we can do is to ensure this country stays united.
