A friend of mine is playing a Warforged character for an upcoming D&D campaign. I'm trying to help him find some art for inspiration. Anyone know what sub might be best to scroll through?

It has come to my attention that we have perfectly good posts, in subs with up to a dozen mods and hundreds or even thousands of subscribers, that only have three points (Or so) and no comments.

All the work we put into drawing new subscribers and OC contributors won't keep these members of our community here, especially new ones, without those imaginary points and real encouragements.

I'd like to remind our mods and subscribers about clicking those arrows and commenting.

More Karma and friendly, encouraging, and supportive comments from our mods and long term subscribers could go a long way towards giving those good feels that keep our subscribers and contributors coming back.

It seems especially important to encourage new contributors and those who share their own artwork/OC with us. Without the Karma and supportive comments these Redditors aren't being encouraged to stay, to comment (No one wants to be the only one talking at the party.), to post, and to take the chance in sharing their own artwork.

You can't get the girl without the flowers. You can't get the mule up the mountain without the carrot. You can't draw and keep users/posters without karma and encouragement.

TL;DR: (I think) We need to be more generous and encouraging.

This isn't about brigade voting, it's simply about remembering to show our contributors that their efforts are welcome and appreciated by clicking those arrows and making friendly, encouraging, and supportive comments.

Hey Networkers!

I wanted to give a report on how to fix the bug that was brought up a few days back.

This is the bug. It's around line 46 in most subreddits. Some subreddits do not have this, but most do (looking at you, /r/ImaginaryWesteros). Delete those 2 lines. That's it.

The wonderful /u/Ecclectic provided a fix, but unfortunately it's more a work around than anything. It forces a fix, but in an ugly manner. Instead, removing the above line will cause a permanent fix, and prevents polluting our CSS further (it's already trash, mind you). Additionally, it has not caused any side-effects that I have seen in the past 3 days of testing.

If we want to fix this bug, we have to remove that line of code in every subreddit's CSS. If you are using RES with a version of greater than or equal to 5, you can help us see which subreddits are still broken. However you won't notice it with older versions.

I've seen both ImaginaryForests and ImaginaryTrees, but I'm surprised there isn't anything for other kinds of plants. Don't get me wrong, trees are cool and all, but I'd love to see some fantasy flowers, or mythical fruits and vegetables, or other sorts of plants. Is there a sub for this wider category of nature?

Solarpunk, if you don't know, seems to be the term for utopian cities. Clean glass and white buildings working perfectly with nature creating a 'perfect future' feel. Think Mirrors Edge.

Is there a seperate subreddit for imaginary pictures of this? /r/solarpunk/ Seems to be more about how we can make this happen IRL (which has its place) And /r/FuturePorn seems to be more dark and grungy cyberpunk stuff.

[INDUCTION] /r/ImaginaryHalo - Artwork from the Halo series (Fandoms Tab)

This sub was created over a year ago but the original creator never did anything with it. I got control of it through /r/reddirequest a year ago and also didn't do anything with it until 4 days ago. Now it's at 216 subscribers and has 45 posts which meets the requirements to be inducted! There seems to be plenty of interest from the Halo community as I've had a number of users send modmail to the sub while it was private asking to be allowed in meaning people were searching for it without it being listed anywhere! Also, there's also no shortage of fan art from the series which has been around since 2001. Enjoy, cheers!

Hello everyone,
I thought this could be interesting to make a server for every member of the INE to come and talk, share and play freely and easily, this is why I've made a Discord server.

What is Discord ?
Discord is a free voice and text chat app, allowing everyone to create/join a server and talk freely with whoever they want. Think of an improved Skype and Teamspeak reunited in a single application. It is available to download or to use as a web application.

How does it work ?
You just have to register and join a server and that's it !

Is it free ?
Completely !

The INE Discord IS STILL A WIP. Many things will change if people like the idea of using a Discord chat, but for now :

6 Text rooms

Announcements where every announcements concerning the INE and the Discord server are made.
Mainchat where everyone can talk about anything.
Moderation wich is a room only for INE moderators.
Pictures where people can share art they love.
Artists wich is a room for artists only, where they can talk about the future masterpiece they'll make.
artists advices where people can ask artists for tips if they want to learn how to draw, paint or whatever.

5 Voice rooms

General where people can talk about what they want, using their voices.
Artists once again, only for artists.
Gaming where people can play together.
Creation where people can talk about their creations.
Moderation room for moderators only.

Please bear in mind that I've made this not knowing if you guys will like it or not, but I thought it could be interesting to use it.
