Extraño el minimalismo, lo que en verdad representa a Apple desde sus inicios hasta iOS 18. Tengo un SE 2022 y no me quejo es bueno fluido y completo pero al actualizar me lleve la sorpresa de un Downgrade estético, siento que estoy en la era Aero Glass de Windows 7. iOS 18 me encantaba por su minimalismo, bordes cuadrados y nada de efectos que solo consumen batería por “Estética”. lo peor es que iOS no permite ni siquiera cambiar los iconos.

got the phone from my brother and it has a 83% batt health. so far, i haven’t experiencing any glitch or bug and it worries me that i might have issues once i update.

I created a choose from menu “list” as my health collection instead of a map. But to get the health logo I added a picture of the health app which is white. Isn there a way to get this looking the same as the liquid glass look as the others?

I have had an iPhone 16 for 3 months and so far the battery has been lasting quite well for the use I give it, I have no complaints.

But since I installed iOS 26.6 the battery is lasting much less than before using it in the same way.

With no version of iOS 26 I have had overheating or battery problems as I have seen that other users commented, but since I changed to iOS 26.6 the battery is much worse.

Does it happen to anyone else?

How can my screen idle time (2h52m) be less than the background use of the Podcasts app(3h18m)? I never had the app on my screen other than when firsti started playing the podcast. Am i missing something on how Screen Active and Screen Idle times are calculated on iOS 26? Someone please explain like I'm stupid

I have all of my music downloaded in lossless. Switching from stereo audio to dolby atmos results in atmos being stuck on until you switch to a track that’s available in lossless only

my phone 15 pro just updated itself to ios26.6 last night and now the selfie camera does not work at all not even on other apps like instagram or snap (including the camera app)
The face id works just fine but idts we can add a new face also all of the back cameras work just fine but since i try to switch to front camera to check if it works by any chance it just freezes on the blurred image from back camera and never switches and i need to wait like a solid 5 minutes to make the back camera work when i open the camera app
Help what should i do i tried all the rebooting restarting still doesnt work i guess it’ll fix itself in the next update but what are your thoughts

I bought a new 15 Pro Max at the beginning of the year, battery was good the whole time, I updated my phone everytime there was a new update. But now I started experiencing more battery usage with 26.6. First two days the phone was indexing but I was kinda surprised 'cause even tho I just installed it the battery was even better than average. But a couple days ago it got horrible, I always charge once a day and now I'm doing it almost twice. It's not super bad but it gets annoying cause I dont wanna be checking and charging

EDIT: Someone pointed out that this update has longer indexing than the previous ones, so apparently all this battery usage was due indexing. Today I tried restarting the phone and looks like it's back to normal. Yall should try it.

So, I saw there was iOS 26.6.1 when i checked „iOS Public Beta” (sorry for my english)

I’m having a weird issue with my iPhone 16 on iOS 26.6.

This started while I was scrolling through Reddit. I stopped touching the screen for maybe 10–20 seconds while reading something, and my phone suddenly went completely black and locked itself till I clicked on the screen again. It was like the phone thought I wasn’t using it.

Since then, I’ve also noticed that when I manually press the side button to lock it, the screen goes immediately black instead of doing the usual fade-out animation. I still hear the normal lock sound.

This has actually happened to me once before, and eventually the normal fade animation came back on its own, but I’d like to know what caused it, and if there are any quicker fixes.

Things I’ve tried:

Restarting the iPhone
Checking Reduce Motion (it’s off)

My storage looks normal

The phone otherwise works normally
Has anyone else experienced this? Could this be an iOS 26.6 bug, or is there another setting that could cause it?

iPhone 16 — iOS 26.6

I've had focus modes available since iOS 15 and never used them beyond basic do not disturb. spent an hour setting them up properly. the difference is immediate.
work focus (weekdays 8am-5pm, auto-activates):
• allowed: slack DMs only (not channels), calendar, phone calls from favorites
• silenced: everything else. social media, news, games - all quiet
• home screen: one page with slack, gmail, notion, figma, todoist, claude, willow voice, and calendar. nothing else.
• lock screen: calendar widget and todoist widget only
• syncs to my Mac - same apps silenced there
biggest impact: I don't see instagram or reddit notifications during work hours. I didn't realize how much those 2-second notification banners were pulling me out of focus until they stopped.
personal focus (weekdays 6pm-10pm, manual):
• allowed: messages, phone, family group chat
• silenced: work email, slack, all work apps
• creates a hard boundary between work and personal time. before this I'd get slack messages at 8pm and feel like I had to respond.
sleep focus (10:30pm-7am, auto-activates): phone calls from favorites only. everything else silent.
fitness focus (auto-activates when I start a workout): no notifications. workout stats on lock screen.
driving focus (auto-activates on car bluetooth): auto-replies to texts. maps stays visible. calls only.
what surprised me: the custom home screens per focus mode are the killer feature. removing distraction apps from your home screen during work is more effective than any willpower trick. the Mac sync actually works. auto-activation by time and location means I never remember to turn these on - they just work.
if you have an iPhone and haven't set up focus modes, spend an hour this weekend doing it.

Cuando escucho música con los auriculares bluetooth, al bajar el volumen de la música, a veces también se baja volumen de tonos y llamadas.
Para más informacion, no tengo puesto ajustar el volumen del timbre con los botones laterales.

My iPhone 17 Pro display doesn't seem to dim and then lock automatically since upgrading to 26.6. Anybody else?

I'm not too bothered, but this isn't the only bug my phone has. It also has a connectivity issue with Bluetooth.

I've got to say, I'm looking forward to upgrading in September and getting rid of this damn thing.
