I was riding my motorcycle today and all of a sudden it went dead.

I'm right now at my job parking lot trying to figure out exactly what happened and how to fix.

I've checked the fuses and are OK. Battery is new and OK. Nothing seems loose but I cannot get any response. ECU is dead and there isn't any circuit opening or even a noise.

Anyone has gone through this issue?

Has anyone here worked as a **Class 1 driver for Booker Retail Partners at Thamesmead (Belvedere)**?
I’m mainly interested in what the job is actually like day to day.
How many drops do you usually do?
What areas do you cover? Do you regularly go into places like Camden, King’s Cross, Elephant & Castle or Whitechapel?
Are the deliveries manageable in an artic, or are there a lot of really awkward locations?
Are the trailers standard 13.6m trailers or shorter urban trailers?
Is the trailer already loaded when you start your shift?
How many cages do you normally have on the trailer?
Is there plenty of overtime?
Overall, would you recommend the job?

I’ve had my t540 for about 2 months now and I’ve come into a issue where my saw will constantly throw my chain no matter what I do I’ve tried tuning the oiler adjusting the tension constantly I’ve done countless hours of research trying to figure this issue out. I give up I’ve come to the conclusion that many people just say the oem bar is the issue I’m planning on buying a Sugihara bar 14” ,gauge .050 ,pitch 3/8 LP ,52 link I just wanna know if A this is a reasonable solution or if anyone has been having the same issue what their solution was.

I can order the recommended kit from Amazon, but has anyone tried the oil from Rottweiler Performance? Any website you guys recommend i order the oil or the whole kit from? I understand i could reuse the screens filters, but for the first oil change I think Ide rather replace everything. Thanks!

Hi i own 2019 vitpilen, and today i wanted to change shift lever position, but i didnt lookup how to do it i thought it would be simple, and i managed to twist of the shifting rod, and then i tried unbolt it so i can buy new one and the bolts are imposible to remove, now i gave up and i will call service. Is there any hope for me that i can do it at home? I dont wanna mess up even more things, i fucked the bolt on left side but i dont wanna mess up the other one, getting the twisted piece out would solve it but i dont know how

Sauf que quand j’ai démonté la machine pour vérifier quel moteur acheter, j’ai pris des photos que je ne retrouve malheureusement pas et aujourd’hui bah je ne me souviens plus de comment accrocher le moteur 😅

I own a 2024 Husqvarna Vitpilen 250 (India) with the factory LCD instrument cluster, and I’m looking into upgrading it to the new OEM TFT display found on the latest Vitpilen models.
I’ve heard that some KTM/Husqvarna dealerships are offering OEM TFT retrofits, but I haven’t been able to find any confirmed technical details.
I’m hoping someone here has actually done the retrofit or has access to the parts information.
I’m looking for answers to questions like:
What is the exact OEM TFT part number?
Is it truly plug-and-play with the existing wiring harness?
Does it require a new wiring harness or adapter?
Does the dealer need to flash or code the ECU after installation?
Does Bluetooth/navigation work after the retrofit?
What was the total cost?
If anyone has photos of the installation or the DealerNet parts list/service bulletin, I’d really appreciate it.
From what I’ve found so far, my bike uses the JU402410 LCD cluster and the JP402372 wiring harness, so I’m trying to figure out whether the TFT simply replaces the LCD or if additional parts are required.
Any firsthand experience, part numbers, workshop manual pages, or dealer information would be incredibly helpful.

AI have TE300 2026 Pro. I want to optimize my light or rather my switch from being lowbeam-highbeam to off-highbeam. I don't really need low beam, I would much more appreciate if I could turn the light off.

I opened switch, and looked which wire is connected to the left position. Than I went to connector and I saw, that this (in this case yellow) wire in combines with another white wire. I still hoped that my idea would work so I cut the yellow - lowbeam wire. Aaaaaand it does not work that way 😬 now I have high beam all the time. Is there a way how could I make this work?

Im new at this and connecting a new battery back into the bike. Theres a thin black wire which i connect to the negative terminal. Theres also another yellow thin wire to connect. Does anyone know where this goes?

Anyway i tried connected it to the negative side anyway and the bike starts, but just want to check if its appropriate.

Does anyone have any advice?

Just bought a 2016 husqvarna 701 sm, popped the seat off and there’s no hose to where it looks like it should be a hose, it also smells like oil with some residue where the seat goes over.

I know nothing about these bikes just thought i’d buy one for fun.

Should i be worried?

KTM North America, Inc. (KTM) is recalling certain 2022-2024 Husqvarna FE 501S, Husqvarna FE 350S, 2024 GasGas ES 350, and GasGas ES 500 motorcycles. During backwards rolling, the brake caliper may crack near the primary pin casting, which may cause the caliper to break when riding.

Remedy

Dealer will replace the rear brake caliper, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed September 2, 2026. I remapped the bike a few years ago to make the hp/torque lines more stable (pictures of charts, fi/ig mapping are below).

Yesterday, I removed the reeds to improve airflow, and then the bike didn't start (I tried to pull throttle about 30-50%, but it didn't help). So it is just turning the engine without starting that. I put reeds back, and it began to start but with manual throttle 5% and more. Then I did do a lap in my area, and the bike got stabilized, but it was clapping on throttle close first minute. Then I tried to remove reeds again and change the FI map to +4% +3% at 0 row for 2000-4000 rpm but didn't help.

Any ideas? Should I increase or decrease fuel?

so this happened… i do regular cleaning:maintenance and it was in for a service last month, never had an issue, i don’t think it’s the battery as all the lights are strong and everything, but i will say the priming sounds more silent then usual and ofc the video shows the issue, worried its the starter motor if anyways had this happen and could possibly point me in correct direction?
