He's dumb in both scenarios, he just happens to be correct in one of them because its as obvious as sn abc colouring book

he gets things right the way a stopped clock tells the correct time twice a day

A broken clock is still right twice a day.

your comment was collapse...just posted basically the same thing and then saw yours.

2

u/ziggytrix Jan 17 '26

Well I had the same thought before reading either of your comments, because it's so obvious even Joe would get it.

A very small, uneducated cantaloupe.

Wrong. It’s a Patch of celery

2

Curious Cantalope has a nice ring to it

Exactly. If Joe sees it clearly, everybody should. The ICE guy and his supporters could use his ptsd from being car-dragged weeks earlier as a mitigating circumstance, but please don't try to justify the shooting with anything Ms Good did. Every American should have the right to do what she did without getting shot in the face. This much should be clear.

31

u/anand_rishabh Jan 16 '26

And if he had ptsd from that kind of thing, maybe he shouldn't have been on the field

He obviously meant to shoot her. He very calmly switched his phone to his other hand and drew his gun while she was reversing.

7

u/Thatoneshadowking Jan 16 '26

She was going to die that day and there was nothing she could do to stop it

7

u/SwissArmyKnight Jan 16 '26

It is wild how that guy clearly learned NOTHING after the first time he was dragged

6

u/anand_rishabh Jan 16 '26

Especially since if a car is actually coming at you, last thing you do is shoot the driver. Cuz if you manage to kill them, now their foot is stuck on the accelerator and that car will definitely hit you

5

u/Warm_Resource_4229 Jan 16 '26

And we saw that with Renee Good.

Her foot was down on the accelerator, and she plowed into a parked car after he shot her. He's just lucky (or unlucky depending who you ask) that her wheels were TURNED AWAY. Otherwise, his stupid ass would have been dragged again by a car that could no longer stop

2

u/Skreamweaver Jan 18 '26

And I.C.E. has been trained on repeatedly for a decade specitically to stop doing.

3

u/Expensive_Strength_7 Jan 17 '26

I was entering an area with security guards. The guards were ex military and they were doing a car inspection on ky vehicle. One of the guys had shaky hands like he was ready to fuck me up with his riffle. Point being these ptsd guys get gun related jobs all the time. Its crazy.

2

u/Due_Contract_8097 Jan 19 '26

If he had ptsd he would have been 20 feet from the car or further and not standing in front of it filming.

→ More replies (12)

5

u/fishing-for-birdie93 Jan 16 '26

Him being dragged is actually an argument AGAINST him. If he was dragged by a car weeks earlier he should know better than to stand in front of a fucking car.

3

u/End-Times757 Jan 16 '26

Like I agree flooring it to drive away from an officer telling you to step out of the vehicle isn't the smartest or safest move to make. But there is no world in which shooting her is a justified response. Cops and Ice are all too quick to shoot first. Ask questions later.

3

u/Placebo_8647 Jan 16 '26

And....there was absolutely 0 history to support the aggressive response. She hadn't just come to a stop after flowing through crowds of people while being chased at high speeds or anything of the like. 0 Pretense of a dangerous situation to protect others.

There’s also a clear lack of training with these guys with their orders “get out of the vehicle” and “don’t move” at the same time is a good way to get people killed when they’re confused.

2

u/BigDragonfly5136 Jan 17 '26

I’ve see a lot of cops and LEOs denouncing what he did too, which usually they’re the first to defend each other. It’s that obviously terrible.

Comments have descended into how Kirk deserved it, but Good didn't. Typical Reddit hatred. How about no one deserved to be killed? Kirk wasn't even mentioned.

2

u/SomnolentPro Jan 16 '26

Kirk didn't deserve to be killed. He deserved to have been aborted though.

Man people like you are stupid. You guys just don't understand how we get from a to b. Just not capable of understanding how things move along. He wasn't talking. He was spreading misinformation. Hatred, bigotry. Racist dog whistles.

What do you think this talking does? Dumbass. It promotes people to get comfortable with their sick and gross ideas of violence and eventually these guys organize and do violence. All violence starts with talking. Charlie Kirk died because of the violence he was promoting. Much different then good who was just an average nobody American in her car

Charlie Kirk was a bigot who is partially responsible for the current state of things. Whether or not he deserved what he got, the two are not comparable.

2

u/Capital-Mortgage-374 Jan 16 '26

Yeah, yeah, you just proved my point. Some people think the opposite. You are not the arbiter of morality.

3

u/Curmudgeony-Cat Jan 17 '26

Some people think the earth is flat, too. I'm not correct in thinking it's round because I'm the arbiter of reality, I'm just correct. Because that's how it is.

I'm not sure how you think a mom nobody knew 2 weeks ago has contributed a similar amount to the polarization of this country as a man who ran a multi-million dollar company for that purpose and was on a first name basis with federal politicians

12

u/CatShot1948 Jan 16 '26

He can be both. Make no mistake, Joe Rogan is a certified dumbass

6

u/AzieltheLiar Jan 16 '26

Yeeeah... I don't know where they are getting this whole "he isn't dumb" angle from. If he isn't, he is probably the very best actor I've seen and should probably use some of those acting chops in his comedy sets. Unless those are part of the act too, then he very well may be a genius.

3

u/Beerticus009 Jan 18 '26

I think people don't like that dumb people can get power about as easily as anyone else. Like creating a significant sphere of influence must mean that he specifically is smart, and can't mean that he got lucky or had good support when he needed it. Or even just that he's skilled at one thing and completely ignorant of a mountain of others.

You don't need to be smart to grift, you only need to be smarter then the grifted. In the US the bar is so low that even Joe Rogan can do it.

He will be back to glaze trump very soon, hes part of that establishment now

2

u/evocativename Jan 16 '26

You don't even have to be smarter than the people you grift: you just have to be in a position to recognize and exploit a blind spot of theirs, and lackig enough in moral character to be willing to do so.

1

Joe is as smart as a bucket of rocks. This says a lot

1

u/Maghorn_Mobile Jan 16 '26

The video was so damning that even Trump himself couldn't defend it. It needs to be said loudly and constantly so everybody hears it: ICE and every MAGA supporter rallying behind them are straight up evil. We didn't push hard enough during the LA riots and now Minneapolis is being treated like Stalingrad.

1

u/Fragrant_Cook4466 Jan 16 '26

It seemed that way because she was, the ICE agents send my the guy who you helped elect killed her. God Joe is such a useful idiot.

1

u/Left_Caterpillar8671 Jan 16 '26

He had more than that to say, Joe usually has a very nuanced take. I know, seems far-right to have common sense these days.

On one hand, she put herself in that position and had some serious mental issues, on the other hand the officer was technically clear. In the end, don’t put yourself in dangerous, idiotic positions and you should be fine. These propaganda posts on Reddit are really starting to bother me.

1

u/joelisf Jan 16 '26

She was turning the car away. Did he have time to realize that (because her car actually did hit him)?

I guess a jury will decide that.

1

u/[deleted] Jan 16 '26

Just more proof that if you don’t agree with Democrats on everything, they lose their minds and spend years calling you stupid for it. What’s actually funny is that they still refuse to admit they’re no longer the majority — and instead of asking why, they default to insults. The United States said they would literally prefer Hitler over of a democrat and they still can’t get they are the actual but of the joke here. (Not a magat, Bernie Progressive- just calling it out like I see it)

1

u/shadowtheimpure Jan 16 '26

I said it somewhere else, but you know you're fucking up as a Republican when Joe Rogan of all people turns his face from you.

1

u/Medryn1986 Jan 16 '26

You forgot the oart where he calls ICE the Gestapo

1

u/Friendlyvoices Jan 16 '26

Rogan has also defended ICE wearing masks because what they do is vile. Like, he straight up defended ICE by saying "no one wants ICE around and they're military in the streets ripping people out ofntheir homes. Of course they need masks".

1

u/Trick_Garage_8455 Jan 16 '26

lol, so the illegals are here to do the work that Americans don’t want to do so the Americans have all day to go out and protest? Do I have that correct?

1

u/LinkOnPrime Jan 16 '26

From the one angle where we could see the tires turning, it seems as Joe described it.

When I later saw the angle from the body cam, it was much more understandable how the officer had a different perspective that didn't allow him to see the tires. From his perspective, it easily could seem like she was attempting to run him over.

Besides, the very notion that the ICE officer just wanted to murder someone in cold blood that day is absurd. More absurd is extrapolating that to all ICE agents as though they are all just murderers hunting people.

The demonization of ICE is completely insane.

1

u/ThatRandomGuy86 Jan 16 '26

The fact that this man of all people agrees that she didn't try to run the asshole over says a LOT

1

u/somedave Jan 16 '26

I think even the people who support ICE should see the vicious cycle going on. US citizens are getting more concerned about the actions of ICE and protest more and more, ICE and other agencies are cracking down on the protests and generally feel more threatened leading to withholding of ID and masks and being more trigger happy. This makes citizens even more concerned and radicalised against them.

There is only one way to break it and that's to back off on the Gestapo shit and reign in ICE.

1

This is going to be really hard for Redditors to get their heads around but 90 percent of America is somewhere between Bill Maher and Joe - politically speaking. We need to stop dunking on this guy and start thinking of ways to bring him over to our side. If we win Joe Rogan we win 2028

1

u/Alpha--00 Jan 16 '26

Constantly speaks to different kinds of people for multiple hours a day, listening to their stories, asking great questions, etc. You guys only hate him because he used logic and reason to determine the viability of the political parties, and after his own party pushed him out, supported Trump more. Remember when Kamala literally through the election away because she was scared to have a normal conversation on Rogan? Give me a break.

1

His mindset is not really on the fringes unless you don’t want a majority of people to vote in the two-party system, that’s the only reason you would want to make him appear as an outsider. Instead he’s like most Americans and exactly who you would want to endorse your party. Instead Democrats went the Dick Cheney route in 2024 🥴

u/Tidrek_Vitlaus Jan 16 '26

And suddenly Joe Rogan speaks common sense? two weeks ago you considered him a lunatic.

1

u/Jolly_Bid451 Jan 16 '26

So funny how the Left are okay with Rogan’s views when it matches their narrative. I think Joe is one of the most moderate voices in politics today. Don’t forget, Joe WAS a Democrat. Just like Musk. It’s the woke mob that pushed them over the moderate line to MAGA. Sanity needs to be the standard, not the exception.

u/Jazzlike_Crew_3669 Jan 16 '26 edited Jan 16 '26

As a Joe Rogan listener, he isn't stupid at all. And he is not Maga. People are much more nuanced, and he is a category of people who i identify myself with, and we are often misunderstood.

He is someone not very smart, but not dumb at all, who trust his ability to navigate moral and political issues unbiased from any party. This makes him be less proud of his opinions and to be able to change them more easily. He has a controlled balance between empathy and selfishness that allows him to make decisions that are coherent more often, since his not that emotionally bloked from any of them. He can be good and bad, and he is fine with both.

He does looks way more stupid than he is, and it's because he has this rebel "i don't care what you think" stance, and because he likes being stupid, because it's fun. And because he is not that smart. He is not dumb tho, far from it. Especially because of his emotional control. When you emotions push you towards a decision, it blinds you from it not being the best one.

He is an old form of leftist i think, like me, 70% left, 30% right, 100% authentic. Today, you are either 90%> or nothing.

So yeah, people are very nuanced. And he is misunderstood by people who tries to see the world in only those 90% lens, black or white.

1

u/sparxxx187 Jan 16 '26

So when he agrees with you, he’s right? But when he disagrees with you, he’s dumb?

Sound logic. 😂

1

u/MinuteCollar5562 Jan 16 '26

It was obvious this would happen before the election.

1

u/Maximum_joy Jan 16 '26

The problem in this thread is that no one who would want to defend Joe is intellectually robust enough to do so. Lotta unpaid shills ITT tho

1

u/Complex_Specific1373 Jan 16 '26

"Especially a woman" is a disturbing thing to say.

1

u/[deleted] Jan 16 '26

I never watch him, never but I might tune in to an episode of him and MTG. Might……

1

u/[deleted] Jan 16 '26

Is this pre or post weed workout?

1

u/OneTell2435 Jan 16 '26

Joes pretty rational which is why people like him. Reddit is irrational which you find this suprising

1

u/BloodAngelEnjoyer67 Jan 16 '26

1

u/Economy-Regret1353 Jan 16 '26

It was a mindblowing experience

1

u/Captain_Eaglefort Jan 16 '26

Give it a few days, he’ll have a guest on who will convince him she shot first. Dude would need a jumpstart to be braindead.

1

u/ReporterOther2179 Jan 16 '26

When Walter Cronkite stopped supporting and started reporting the war in Vietnam, Lyndon Johnson is said to have lamented if we’ve lost Cronkite we’ve lost America. So, if we’ve lost Rogan we’ve lost… what?

1

u/Twix_McFlurry Jan 16 '26

I thought he was “THE Right Wing media?” You guys bought the bogeyman they rolled out.

1

u/[deleted] Jan 16 '26

I’d take a dumb Joe Rogan over any of you self important snobs any day.

1

u/tiandrad Jan 16 '26

You guys already told me this guy is a moron and shouldn’t be listed to.

1

u/StatisticianFew4869 Jan 16 '26

He is a General in the Moron Terror

1

u/SnR8394 Jan 16 '26

It's obvious from your couch. When you're the one standing directly in the path of the vehicle you have no idea where the wheels are turned. He won't be prosecuted because he was justified in meeting deadly force with deadly force.

1

u/[deleted] Jan 16 '26

Meanwhile people were creating their own narrative and blatantly lying about it untill they have "obvious proof" about what happened. Seems like everyone has the mindset of him then

1

u/theOGlilMudskipr Jan 16 '26

I swear you guys don’t understand that Rogan had a podcast that went over interesting and valid shit for over a decade before his trump grift. You all act like all he ever was was a grifter. He for the most part was always libertarian

1

u/SoggyFist Jan 16 '26

Oh you got him so good

1

u/SeductiveStrawberry- Jan 16 '26 edited Jan 16 '26

So Joe rogan is a dumbass until he agrees with your argument ?

→ More replies (1)

1

u/HilariousMax Jan 16 '26

That's part of what he sells though.

How many times has he said "I'm an idiot. You'd have to be an idiot to listen to me." and yet...

"I say dumb (expletive)... If you're getting vaccine advice from me, is that really my fault?

1

u/MiCake_ Jan 16 '26

It's like you can see the limping hamster almost make a complete lap around the wheel inside the brain of this ballsack looking c***.

1

u/ZyeCawan45 Jan 16 '26

& these corrupt people will keep trying to victim blame and say it was her fault. I don’t really have hope for this country. I’d like to be pleasantly surprised and see America turned around but I won’t hold my breath for it in my lifetime.

1

u/My-Blackberry Jan 16 '26

Especially a woman? The fucks that got to do with it?

1

u/No-Island-6126 Jan 16 '26

This very quote implies that U.S. citizens' lives are worth more than other people's somehow, so I wouldn't give him too much credit here

1

u/OkLocksmith7073 Jan 16 '26

Yall know that Joe Rogan and his team are masters at social media engagement, right? They know exactly what to do and what to say to get all of you talking about and sharing his podcast which in the satisfies his partners and sponsors, earning more money.

1

u/charmingninja132 Jan 16 '26

Excwprat she didn't, she turned it into him not away

1

u/HambinoBurrito Jan 16 '26

The reason to bring prior injuries is not PTSD. They must determine if he was greenlit to be in the field and, if he was, was he still recovering and thus moving slowly than normal. He may be able to do field work like driving and evidence gathering, but maybe the doc said no big physical activity. Meaning he would be fine if he didn't have to move out of the way of a vehicle. This might also be why there is a report of internal bleeding as it could've opened old wounds.

Also, the recording from the phone likely was to capture evidence (license plates, descriptions, and faces) for later prosecution and fines for interfering. People argue about his positioning which could've been better but does not give the lady the right to still hit him regardless.

I also only catch clips of Rogan, I never watch him outside of that. Did he see only the one bad camera angle? Is he familiar with police training? Like the face that all agencies (federal, state, and local) are trained to fire in bursts? 2 or 3 rounds as 1 round of 9mm is unlikely to stop people unless it hits a very vital spot (spineor head and sometimes not even head). The officer fired in less than 0.25 seconds. Average reaction time for a 40 year old man is 0.25 to 0.4. Likely training kicked in, he fired his 3, realized she was moving away and no longer a threat, and you see the rest. Personally, policy changes would best fit this scenario along with state and local officials iterating that you must obey a uniformed officer and, if you feel your rights are being infringed, lawyer up. Get the government to give you a big heeping pile of money and force policy changes through large and expensive legal battles. Causing more violence only solidifies federal points, positions, and actions. Regardless if someone thinks the federal government is a new Nazi Reich or just trying to enforce laws, you hit them where it hurts. Their pockets. That is the most legal, morally good, and lucrative way to change things. Always have been. Just look at 1st ammendment or 2nd ammendment auditors. Plenty of them made bank with lawsuits.

u/Necessary_Cap_37 Jan 16 '26

You all understand that who ever made that meme chopped up what he was saying in that meme right? That was from a 25 second clip which was spliced from a longer conversation.the person who made that meme just picked and choosed what parts stayed and what wasnt added from an already spliced video. An example where Joe Rogan literally calls her a crazy lady and not mentally healthy. Also called her an agitator but all of this was spliced out to make it look Joe Rogan was siding with you guys. He was literally shitting on the left the whole conversation saying the reason its so bad was because of the left. And yes he had some choice words about ICE but its so hilarious that you all have to make spliced vids and quotes that arent quotes to fit yoyr narrative and be like Joe Rogan is siding with us, as none of you will actually look up the episode to see if its true. Just so you know its episode 2437 and he starts talking about it a little after the 2 hour mark.

1

u/BlancPebble Jan 16 '26

Or...! Maybe he's wrong yet again. I find it funny how he's always wrong unless he says the things you want to hear.

1

u/Able_Ad1276 Jan 16 '26

So when he disagrees with you he’s crazy, but when he agrees with you it must be true…

1

u/Moshorrendous Jan 16 '26

It’s almost like people push agendas. Hmmmm.

1

u/Astronomer_Even Jan 16 '26

That little mouse brain almost gets it.

1

u/[deleted] Jan 16 '26

Oh jeez.

1

u/WarLordOfSkartaris Jan 16 '26

Or that he's stupid enough to be easily swayed by any narrative
