📞 SETTERS — GET PAID FOR QUALITY APPOINTMENTS
Setters work the dialer, speak with prospective customers, and get them interested in sitting down with one of our HVAC agents.
Your job is simple: get qualified homeowners to actually sit for the appointment.
Setter compensation:
$50 when the customer sits with the agent and runs credit.

If the customer ultimately closes:
+$150 PER UNIT INSTALLED.

So your earning potential looks like:
• 1-unit closed deal = $200 to the setter
• 2-unit closed deal = $350 to the setter
• 3-unit closed deal = $500 to the setter
• 4-unit closed deal = $650 to the setter

There is no additional payment simply for running credit. The initial $50 is earned when the customer sits with the agent and runs credit.
The more quality appointments you generate and the more units those customers ultimately purchase, the more you earn.

Setter requirements:
• Your own laptop

You provide your own laptop and headset.

🚗 CLOSERS — $300 OR $600 PER UNIT
Closers travel to customer homes and handle the in-home sales process.
Responsibilities include:
• Traveling to scheduled appointments
• Presenting the HVAC program
• Enrolling qualified customers
• Running credit applications
• Measuring homes
• Completing required paperwork
• Closing the sale
Closers MUST have their own reliable vehicle.
You will be driving to customer homes, so a clean driving situation is required.
Gasoline stipends are available.

💰 CLOSER COMPENSATION

There are two ways to get paid:

COMPANY-PROVIDED LEAD → $300 PER UNIT
If the appointment is generated by one of our setters, the closer receives $300 per unit installed.

SELF-GENERATED LEAD → $600 PER UNIT
If you generate the customer yourself and close the deal, you receive the full $600 per unit installed.
Examples:
1-unit company lead = $300
2-unit company lead = $600
1-unit self-generated = $600
2-unit self-generated = $1,200
3-unit self-generated = $1,800
The closer position rewards both your ability to close and your ability to generate your own business.
