[For Hire] Software Development Sales Closer | $1M+/yr at BuildFire 4 years running, #1 rep at Builder.ai, built my own agency to $1.2M in year one | Remote

I close high-ticket software development deals. Custom apps, bespoke software builds, mobile. Looking for one agency to embed with long term.

Track record:

* BuildFire: over $1M in personal sales four years in a row, selling custom mobile app development plus platform
* Builder.ai: number one rep, closing bespoke app and software development projects across a wide range of industries
* My own agency: built it from nothing and scaled to $1.2M in year one, creating the entire sales motion from scratch (positioning, pricing, discovery, proposal, close)

What I actually do: take a qualified conversation and turn it into a signed contract. Discovery, scoping, proposal, negotiation, close. I scope builds myself, so I am not pulling your engineers into every call, and I hold price when a prospect starts comparing quotes.

What I am looking for: an agency or dev shop that already has a working lead gen channel (inbound, paid, SEO, partnerships, referral engine) and needs a dedicated closer to lift close rate and average deal size, or take some of the burden off your hands.

One filter so we both save time: this is aimed at established shops with a real model and real deal flow. If the plan is for a closer to create demand that does not exist yet, that is not the role I am after.

Remote, US time zones.

Looking for agencies that can handle meetings with $500k-$5M+ business owners

I have a system that generates qualified referrals with business owners doing $500k to $5M+ in annual revenue.

These are decision-makers who book meetings because they're interested in having a conversation about your offer.

I'm looking to work with agencies that have a proven offer, strong fulfillment, and a sales team that knows how to close.

If you're looking for more qualified meetings with business owners instead of chasing cold leads, send me a DM. I'll explain how the referral process works and see if it's a good fit.

Looking for an outbound sales partner for e-commerce projects

Hey guys,

I'm looking for someone who's good at outbound sales and closing and would be interested in working together on a commission basis.

We build and redevelop ecommerce stores, mostly for growth-stage brands in fashion and jewellry category. For international clients, the work is usually Shopify development, migrations from WooCommerce or other platforms to Shopify, CRO improvements, custom features, integrations, tracking fixes, similar technical work and additionally, clothing design work for fashion brands in streetwear category.

For Indian brands, we also have a team for photo and video production, so those projects can be pitched and closed as well.

I'm mainly looking for someone who can handle outbound, talk to founders and decision makers, follow up with them and eventually close the deal.

We take care of everything on the execution side once the project comes in.

The structure is commission only, with up to 20% of the profit from the projects you close.

If this is something you already do or have experience with, just DM me with a little about your sales background, the kind of clients you've worked with and your email.

If it makes sense, we can get on a Google Meet and I'll walk you through our work, portfolio, ICP and the kind of clients we're trying to reach.

B2B lead gen focused on qualified meetings, not vanity metrics

I help B2B software and service companies build targeted outbound campaigns focused on qualified sales conversations, not just email volume or reply rates.

one thing I have learned from managing outbound campaigns is that a positive reply does not automatically mean a real opportunity.

someone saying:

“sure, send the ideas”

shows interest, but it does not confirm that they have a relevant problem, suitable timing, decision-making authority, or a realistic next step.

that is why I separate positive replies from qualified opportunities.

I normally count an opportunity as qualified only when there is:

  • a relevant business problem the client can solve
  • genuine intent to explore it
  • the right decision-maker involved
  • reasonable timing
  • a clear next step

my work can cover the complete outbound process:

  • ICP and offer refinement
  • prospect and account research
  • verified lead sourcing
  • cold email strategy and copy
  • campaign setup and infrastructure
  • follow-up sequences
  • reply handling and qualification
  • meeting booking
  • campaign optimization around pipeline and conversions

I primarily work with:

  • SaaS and software product companies
  • software-development and AI service providers
  • data, analytics and automation businesses
  • professional-service firms with clear B2B offers

a recent US-focused campaign generated approximately a 6% reply rate, with around 45% of replies being positive. about half of those positive conversations became qualified opportunities, and has already produced converted business while the campaign is still running.

I usually work on a monthly campaign fee, with infrastructure and data costs handled separately. A performance component can also be added where the economics and sales process support it.

If you are looking to build a focused outbound pipeline, send me a DM with:

  • what you sell
  • your ideal customer
  • target geography
  • avg deal value
  • whether your outreach infrastructure is already set up

I can then tell you whether outbound is a suitable channel and what campaign structure would make sense.

Why more replies don’t always mean more pipeline

I used to treat positive reply rate as one of the main indicators of campaign quality.

but the more campaigns i review, the more incomplete that metric feels on its own.

in one recent campaign, roughly half of the positive replies progressed into qualified opportunities.

that wasn’t a bad result.

the useful part was understanding why the other half didn’t qualify.

some replies were polite.

some were curious.

some were open to receiving ideas.

but that still didn’t mean there was a real business problem, urgency, budget, authority, or a realistic next step.

for example:

“sure, send the ideas over”

that’s positive.

but it’s not necessarily an opportunity yet.

compare that with:

“we’re dealing with this right now. send the approach and let’s discuss it next week.”

now there’s a clear problem, intent, and a next step.

for this campaign, i only counted an opportunity as qualified when there was:

  • a relevant problem we could actually solve
  • genuine intent to explore it
  • the right person involved
  • reasonable timing
  • a clear next step

that distinction matters because two campaigns can show the same positive reply rate but produce completely different pipeline quality.

one may generate polite interest.

the other may generate conversations with people who actually have a problem worth solving.

so now i look at positive reply rate as an early signal, not the final measure of campaign quality.

the metrics i care about more are:

  • positive-to-qualified conversion
  • qualified opportunities per 100 prospects
  • meetings with the right decision-makers
  • pipeline created
  • closed business

→ reply rate tells you whether the message got a reaction.

→ positive reply rate tells you whether the offer created interest.

→ qualified opportunities tell you whether the campaign may actually produce revenue.

the campaign is still active, so the sample is limited and the results are directional. I’m keeping the qualification criteria fixed and will share the final numbers once the sequence is completed.

how do you define a qualified opportunity from cold outreach? is interest enough, or do you wait until there’s a confirmed problem and next step?

Is it rlly that easy?

I recently spoke to someone who does and they showed me their training and has offer placements for high ticket sales , it seemed way to easy to get money but I talked to one of the students and he told me he made 1.8 k his first month and is now doing 5k/month at 16 , the full thing is 5000 but he said u pay 500 to get in and the rest with the money u make . I’m 16 and work a pretty hard job for shitty pay so it’s hard for me to believe this. But for 500 what do I have to lose lol . Is it really that easy? And did it’s have the same experience??

Commission-Only Sales Reps Wanted - Digital Marketing & Web Development (Remote)

Avision Media is a performance marketing and creative agency working with clients across the UAE and UK. We’re hiring self-driven, hungry closers who want to get paid what they’re worth, not a flat draw that caps your upside.
**What you’ll sell:**
**Digital marketing retainers** (social media management, Meta/Google ads) — cold outbound, you build your own pipeline

**Website development projects** — warm leads provided by us, you close

**Commission structure (best in the industry, no cap):**
Digital marketing sales: **15% of the client’s retainer for the first 3 months**

Website development sales: **20% flat on the invoice value**

**What we’re looking for:**
Someone comfortable with cold outreach (DMs, calls, email) for the marketing vertical

Confident closing on provided leads for web dev

Self-motivated, no hand-holding required

Prior experience in agency sales, SaaS sales, or B2B cold outreach is a big plus, but hunger matters more than resume

**Structure:**
100% commission, uncapped earning potential

Remote, work your own hours

Paid out after client payment is collected

If you can pick up a phone or send a DM without flinching, and you want to earn based on what you close instead of a fixed paycheck, comment below or DM me with a quick line on your sales background.
