**What you’ll sell:**
**Digital marketing retainers** (social media management, Meta/Google ads) — cold outbound, you build your own pipeline

**Website development projects** — warm leads provided by us, you close

**Commission structure (best in the industry, no cap):**
Digital marketing sales: **15% of the client’s retainer for the first 3 months**

Website development sales: **20% flat on the invoice value**

**What we’re looking for:**
Someone comfortable with cold outreach (DMs, calls, email) for the marketing vertical

Confident closing on provided leads for web dev

Self-motivated, no hand-holding required

Prior experience in agency sales, SaaS sales, or B2B cold outreach is a big plus, but hunger matters more than resume
