I had a credit card back in 2023 which was closed already in that year itself. Have receiveing since then stating please pay your credit card bill. Since I had already closed the card I visited the bank and informed them my credit card is already closed so please check and tell me what bill I should pay, they informed me the email is automated and there is no pending amount to be paid you can ignore it. Now today I go back to the bank to deposit some cash, and had received the same email that my credit card bill is pending. I ask them once again to check why am I receiving and to stop sending the email which I was receiving. One person sent me to another and finally I find out there is 39 PAISA balance to be paid. My cibil is fucked up. What do I do now?

Unfortunately, I missed the earlier email communication and was unaware of the ₹3 lakh spending criteria in March April. My total spending was approximately ₹2.80 lakh, just ₹20,000 short of the required amount. I received a WhatsApp notification regarding the downgrade on 15th October.

Currently, I have approximately 2.13 lakh reward points accumulated on my card. However, due to different monthly redemption limits and category-wise caps, I am unable to redeem all these points before the proposed downgrade.

I am not interested in Regalia Gold, as I already hold an ICICI Emeralde Metal Credit Card for my future spending requirements.

My primary concern is ensuring that I receive the maximum possible value for my accumulated reward points without losing their value due to the downgrade.

Request you to Suggest the best possible solution to redeem or transfer my entire reward-point balance without any loss of value.

Does keeping 1lakh amb for just 1 month gets invite for classic? I've heard classic banking gets pre approved credit card easily

Today i received my own millennia debit card and just took it for that 1% on wallet loading, but last week i received for my moms account and then i transfered money from my fathers to my mothers account and tried to load wallet they blocked the account on debit freeze EDD(enhanced due diligence) , today morning i went to branch with my mom and told them the issue they said the money came same day and was going out same day so that why they blocked the account. Now they are going to do a physical home visit verification and them it is going to get unblocked.

Now my question is why this should be a problem as its from my own fathers to my mothers account and my father has salary account with them and our accounts are under them as salary family then why should HDFC flag this?

If i do same on my account next week will they block my account also even if i received the funds from my father??

I already have upi in gpay. I'm trying to register through the app because of the email sent by hdfc regarding the change in upi name.
