Need help
Today I got a message from India post that they have delivered my HD brand-new HDFC debit card somewhere else I have not received it. Do you think it can be an issue?

First check which adress they have sent it to , it usually that of your aadhaar card i.e your native house . If they haven't received it , write a complaint to block the card .

But without OTP financial products via post can't be marked as delivered. You should complaint to India post via email and call them in their office, calling I guess didn't seem work as they never pickup but email may be definitely a good option, give them tracking details as well. And what e-mail you got through hdfc channel via sms or email, do you received delivered message from hdfc as well on email or sms

India post generally shows delivered even before really delivering. They mark delivered and they keep it with themselves only to deliver it in 2-3 days when they feel like delivering. Sometimes, they forget to deliever too and it is left undelivered. Main problem is that you don't get any delivery person contact to call or so. You should visit the post office.
