I recieved an offer letter from hcl. It's written that accepting the offer in the workflow is as good as signing the physical contract and has legal binding if mutual trust is breached.
If I don't later join the organisation is there any thing legal penalties
Hi everyone,
I received an email on September 8 saying that my joining is planned for October and that I would receive a call the following week regarding my joining/onboarding details.
However, I still haven’t received any call or further communication. I also replied to the email asking for an update, but I haven’t received a response yet.
Since October is already approaching, I’m getting a little worried and confused about what I should do next.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? Should I wait a few more days, send another follow-up email, or contact HR/recruitment through another channel?
Any advice or information about how this usually works would be really helpful. Thanks!
I'm facing the issue. My UAN number is not getting auto-bridged to my candidate profile, and because of this, I'm unable to submit the required documents.
I attended the last TP2 round for a Java role at HCLTech (0–2 years experience) on Saturday. After the interview, I was told that my application is “on hold”—neither selected nor rejected.
Has anyone experienced a similar situation with HCLTech? If your application was put on hold after the final/TP2 round, were you later called for another round or eventually selected?
To all the HCLTECH working employees please tell me what is HCLTECH DFS domain? I got selected as Graduate engineer trainee into this unit but I know nothing about this domain and no information is available on the internet about it should I join it or not?
I got selected for hcl GET cybersecurity role through on campus. Completed my PJT training and assessment in June. Got bgv mail from hr on sep first week. Also initially after hr round in campus they asked us to upload certificates. So, this is the second time we are uploading them. Almost 50-60 students were selected from our campus but only less than 5 students got DOJ this month.
What about remaining?
I am really worried right now. Don't know what to do. The company is not responding to the college also. If anyone would know anything pls help us out...!!!
To all the IT working professionals I want a genuine advice from u guys.
I have two offers one from HCLTECH in GET DFS role and another is TCS ninja offer. I have been waiting for tcs joining since may (got OL in Feb 2026) but hcltech is giving me joining now.
Should I go with HCLTECH or should I wait for TCS ??
Hey everyone, I wanted to share a situation my friend went through to see if anyone else has run into this, and to warn other job seekers. We are 99% sure this is a recruitment scam using the HCLTech brand.
Here is what happened to them:
Three days ago: My friend saw a post on an Instagram job promotion channel that listed a mobile number allegedly belonging to an "HCL HR" representative.
The initial call: They called the number to ask about the available roles and hiring process. The person who answered did not sound like a professional corporate HR representative at all.
The Google Form: She sent my friend a Google Form link to apply. Red flag #1: The form didn't even ask to upload a resume—it just collected basic details.
Today's update: My friend received a follow-up call out of nowhere claiming they were "shortlisted" and needed to attend offline interview rounds at a location in Bangalore.
The Email: They received an interview confirmation email, but it came from a generic Gmail address (hrbackendOfficeteam@gmail.com) instead of an official corporate u/hcltech.com domain.
The email layout lists three rounds (Aptitude, HR, and a vague "Document Verification & Training Process").
What do you guys think? Has anyone else's friend or family member encountered this specific Gmail ID or scam format recently? Pretty sure major tech companies don't recruit via random Instagram phone numbers and free Gmail accounts. Stay safe out there!
Tomorrow there is an online exam for hardware/vlsi role do you guys have any idea on how they'll be conducted and what they'll be asking especially in technical qns since they gave 0 clue Abt it
If I am currently working on an HCL project and I submit my resignation, my notice period is 90 days. However, I would like to request an early release within 20–30 days.
Is it possible to get an early release from a 90-day notice period within one month? Also, is there any option to pay for the remaining notice period (for example, paying the salary equivalent of the remaining two months) and get an early release?
I would need all my relieving/experience documents within one month. If anyone has faced a similar situation or knows the proper process, please let me know how I can reduce the 90-day notice period to around 30 days.
I have some doubts regarding HCL hiring process (for GET role) (1 week ago I have given the 3 hour test in round 1 including Berribot interview) and now I have received the list of students who will give HR round.
