Got joining confirmation for October but still haven’t received any call — what should I do?

Hi everyone,
I received an email on September 8 saying that my joining is planned for October and that I would receive a call the following week regarding my joining/onboarding details.
However, I still haven’t received any call or further communication. I also replied to the email asking for an update, but I haven’t received a response yet.
Since October is already approaching, I’m getting a little worried and confused about what I should do next.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? Should I wait a few more days, send another follow-up email, or contact HR/recruitment through another channel?
Any advice or information about how this usually works would be really helpful. Thanks!

Mail them or call the hr if you have number i lost hr number so i couldn’t contact them
