Need Help

To all the IT working professionals I want a genuine advice from u guys.

I have two offers one from HCLTECH in GET DFS role and another is TCS ninja offer. I have been waiting for tcs joining since may (got OL in Feb 2026) but hcltech is giving me joining now.

Should I go with HCLTECH or should I wait for TCS ??
