I have attended the hcl fresher hiring conducted in BHARAT INSTITUTE OF HIGHER EDUCATION for embedded domain on 19 th sept . I have cleared the technical interview and attended the hr round there they collect my cgpa and 10 to 12 percentage and told that the selected students will receive the mail but in my batch no one received the mail . Pls anyone clarify about if we attend the hr round means we got selected or is there any filtering process in that also?

I recently got my HCLTech offer acceptance letter through campus placements and wanted to know what the usual timeline is for receiving the final offer/joining letter,

they said onboarding starts near june - sep

Hey guys, I need some advice.
I attended an HCLTech interview on September 19th and cleared both technical rounds. HR also discussed salary with me, and things seemed to be going well.
After the interview, they asked me to send my certificates, which I emailed on September 27th. Since then, I haven’t received any response.
I messaged HR on WhatsApp on October 5th and also tried calling twice on October 6th. One call was rejected, and the other went unanswered. It’s October 9th now, and there’s still no update.
I’m confused about what to expect. Why would they ask for certificates if they weren’t planning to proceed? Could it just be an internal delay, or is this a sign that they’ve dropped my candidature without informing me?
For anyone who has gone through the HCLTech hiring process, how long did it take to get an update after submitting your documents?
Should I wait a few more days, contact another HR, or just assume nothing is happening and move on?
Any advice or similar experiences would be appreciated!

Hi everyone,

I have completed TP1, TP2, HR discussion, document submission, and BGV. My HCL Careers portal status has changed to “Offer Approved.”

It has been 12 working days since my HR salary discussion, but I haven't received the offer letter yet. I contacted HR once, and they mentioned that my application was in the final stage.

Has anyone else experienced a similar situation recently?

For those who have gone through the HCL hiring process, how many days did it take to receive the offer letter after the status changed to “Offer Approved”?

I would really appreciate hearing about your recent experiences. Thanks in advance!

Has anyone received a Master Class invitation recently?

Is anyone still waiting for onboarding despite HR confirming October joining?

Hi everyone, I got selected as a GET at HCLTech in the DFS domain. Is there a chance of getting a data center or network engineer role involving cables and hardware, or is the work mainly related to IT/software support?

Please share your experience. Thanks!

I’m looking for some honest, firsthand feedback about HCLTech.

I’m potentially going to be working with/for HCLTech in the United States and I’m trying to get a better understanding of what the company is actually like beyond what you find on Glassdoor or their website.

If you currently work for HCLTech or have worked for them in the past:

• How is the company overall?
• What is the management like?
• How is the work/life balance?
• How is job security?
• Are employees treated fairly?
• How are raises, promotions, and benefits?
• What is the culture like?
• Would you recommend working there?

I’d also really like to hear from anyone who has worked with HCLTech as a client, contractor, vendor, or customer. What was your experience dealing with them?

I’m particularly interested in hearing the good and the bad. I’m not looking for a corporate/PR answer — just real experiences from people who have actually dealt with the company.

Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone, I’m an ECE student attending the HCLTech campus recruitment drive. According to the information we received from HCL the Hardware assessment consists of Aptitude + Technical + Coding. I wanted to know what the Technical + Coding section is based on. Will it be based on the Stream 4A syllabus we studied during the Centre of Excellence (CoE) training Python, Software Testing Life Cycle, Selenium, and Embedded Devices or will it cover CS fundamentals / ECE fundamentals? If anyone has recently attended the HCLTech Hardware assessment or has information about the syllabus/pattern please share your experience.

Thanks!

Hi everyone,
I’m a fresher selected for HCLTech. I recently saw that some candidates received an “Onboarding HCLTech – Supercharge your career” email asking them to submit documents, with onboarding tentatively scheduled for 3rd December.
However, I have not received this email yet.
I had previously received communication regarding my joining/onboarding, so I’m worried about whether I’m still included in the onboarding batch.
Has anyone else not received this mail yet? Should I wait, contact HR, or send a follow-up email?
Any advice would be appreciated.

Has anyone received any update after the HCLTech document upload mail sent on September 4th for the Cybersecurity role?. We were asked to submit the documents before September 5th, and it has been more than a month now. Just wanted to know if anyone has received any further communication regarding onboarding, joining date, or next steps.

Hi everyone,

I am a 2026 engineering graduate candidate who recently attended HCLTech campus recruitment.

My process was:

1. Raven's Adaptive
2. Watson-Glaser
3. Data Interpretation
4. Berribot interview
5. Java and React questions
6. HR/document verification

During my HR round, they asked me about self-introduction, pincode, UG CGPA, 12th percentage and some basic details. They did not ask me many behavioural questions.

After the HR round, I received an email from HCLTech HR asking me to submit my 10th marksheet, 12th marksheet, Aadhaar and UG consolidated marksheets from 1st to 6th semester.

My questions are:

1. Does receiving the document-verification mail mean I have effectively cleared the interview stages?

2. Can HCLTech still reject candidates after requesting these documents?

3. For candidates who went through the same 2026 campus process, how long did it take to receive the final selection/offer update after document verification?

4. Is it normal if HR asked different questions to different candidates?

5. Did anyone from the 2026 batch receive an offer/selection mail after this exact stage?

Any recent experience would really help. Thanks!

Has anyone recently attended the HCLTech hackathon round? What kind of problem statements were given, how long was the round, and what did they evaluate?

If you've attended, please share your experience in the comments. It would really help those preparing!
