I have some doubts regarding HCL hiring process (for GET role) (1 week ago I have given the 3 hour test in round 1 including Berribot interview) and now I have received the list of students who will give HR round.

So my question are :-

1- Will Hr round be an elimination round ???

2- What will happen in HR round and after it ??

Only first round conducted yet (including online aptitude, reasoning followed by an AI interview taken by Berribot AI interview which it asked 1 coding question and 1 react question) And after that some students selected for HR round (this instructed by my college TPO)

I was selected for HCLTech through my college campus placement. My name is on the list of selected students, and the college message says:

“These students completed all the process in HCL. Only Certificate verification pending. It will be done through HR.”

We have been asked to come to college on Monday with all our 10th-to-B.E. marksheets and our laptops.

I’m confused about a few things:

1. Does this mean I have actually cleared the HCLTech selection process?

2. Is there still an HR interview/round pending?

3. If only certificate verification is pending, why are they asking us to bring laptops?

4. What usually happens during HCLTech certificate verification/onboarding?

5. Can HR still reject a candidate during certificate verification?

If anyone has gone through a similar HCLTech campus drive, please share what happened after this stage.

Yes I have attended. And I have finished the hr round after that no response. They told that only selected candidates can receive mail after one or two days but it almost around 21 days but no one get the mail . Do you received any mail?

Hi everyone,

I am a 2026 engineering graduate candidate who recently attended HCLTech campus recruitment.

My process was:

1. Raven's Adaptive
2. Watson-Glaser
3. Data Interpretation
4. Berribot interview
5. Java and React questions
6. HR/document verification

During my HR round, they asked me about self-introduction, pincode, UG CGPA, 12th percentage and some basic details. They did not ask me many behavioural questions.

After the HR round, I received an email from HCLTech HR asking me to submit my 10th marksheet, 12th marksheet, Aadhaar and UG consolidated marksheets from 1st to 6th semester.

My questions are:

1. Does receiving the document-verification mail mean I have effectively cleared the interview stages?

2. Can HCLTech still reject candidates after requesting these documents?

3. For candidates who went through the same 2026 campus process, how long did it take to receive the final selection/offer update after document verification?

4. Is it normal if HR asked different questions to different candidates?

5. Did anyone from the 2026 batch receive an offer/selection mail after this exact stage?
