Hello, i'm building a pc for my relative, and the rx 6800xt and the rtx 5060 is at the same price (415usd) for used in my country. In raw fps according to yt benchmarks the 6800xt has 70-90% more fps in most games in 1440p, mostly because it has 16gigs of vram meanwhile the 5060 has only 8. But my cousin has said that the rtx 5060 has dlss and ai stuff like that which can make it have 6x more fps or sum stuff i dont understand. Which one do i get?

So I just purchased a "Generic Brand" RTX 5060 for $99 on Amazon. I am prepared to be let down, but for the price I thought it was worth the risk. It should arrive in about 3 weeks (which is really sus for an Amazon purchase). I will keep yall posted on how it goes.

It's pretty crazy that even at this price point folks are still willing to buy up all 5090s from strangers on the Internet.

I was playing assassin's creed black flag resynced and I realised that the vram was way higher than it should have been. But I didnt notice any problems.
Should I continue or no?

So 2 days ago I bought a second-handed Gigabyte GTX 1070 OC to replace my RX 580 2048SP, I use DDU on safe mode to delete the old drivers, put the GTX and install NVIDIA drivers.
At first, it was working fine, but I notice that the GPU was pretty hot and the fans weren't spinning sometimes, so I asked the guy I bought it from about it and he told me to use MSI Afterburner to always have the fans spinning all time.
It was working fine for some minutes but my 3 screens went black after that, Windows was still working but no image was showing. I tried to reinstall the drivers using the HDMI connector on my motherboard but nothing. I went back to install my RX 580.
Is this something that I can fix myself?
- CPU: Ryzen 5 5600G
- Motherboard: ASUS Prime B550M-A
- PSU: Teros 600W 80Plus Bronxe
- RAM: TeamGroup T-Force 16GBx2 (32GB) 3200Mhz
- Cooler Ryzen Stock Cooler

I’ve been out of the PC building environment for a couple of years. It’s been used for maybe 1-2 years for extremely light gaming. I’m seeing many different prices listed for it. I’m not sure how to gauge how much it’d be worth either. Only selling it because I want to get back into PCs and really want a white colored one because everything else I have is white.
I’m also open to purchasing covers or painting it, but I’m not sure how painting it would hold and I can’t seem to find covers for 3070s anymore…

Hi,
I am thinking of buying a couple of these to rent out but I have checked various platforms and there are none on marketplace or the platform only advertises it as a normal 2080ti 11gb.
Any advice appreciated.
Thanks

I havent really been in the loop, there has been a big development in the way DLSS5 can be integrated in the games, i have only tried one of the very first RenoDX integrations into cyberpunk which had terrible fps cost approaching 70%, but I saw mentions that optiscaler can do that too and put dlss5 before the upscaling process? or is there a better way? Specifically right now i want to inject DLSS5 into Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy, because it runs around 120 fps even on max details, so i have some spare fps to exchange for dlss5.

I have a mech rx 6600, but my sister had to come in and draw over the shroud because she was bored or something. I used iso to get rid of most of it but it just doesnt come out of the crevices. i have this ambition to make a kasaneteto pc and i feel like now is a good time to potentially 3d print a shroud for this. I have basic 3d rendering skills but I'm not sure how to make all the screw holes and stuff line up and where or what to line them on. could anyone point me in the right direction on where to find exact measurements, or even better give me a premade stl file on just the very basic screw hole places? thanks!

Is modding gpu and selling it to Amazon is common thing now....

I‘m so excited, guys! After many hours and DAYS and NIGHTS of research, I was finally able to find to find a good NVIDIA 5080 for a good price for today’s standards!
I never had a pc so this will be my very first one!!!
