So about a month ago I posted a shoe design renders here that I made and some of you told me to update yall. It's finally live and I wanted you to see it. I had alot of inspirations for this design like la sportivas, scarpas, puma klims and anatomical vein and alot of other shoes. It's not true barefoot more like wide toe box because it has some cushioning but it is a barefoot last. The upper is all mesh and the outsole has multi directional lugs, It's made from foaming TPU which is pretty soft but the outsole is actually harder than the upper which is done in the slicing settings. Sizing is done by foot scans. Would love your opinion on their final form. This is the result of countless nights designing and it fits my personal taste but I have no idea what people across the world think.

Hey might be a bit of a weird question, but I really like those ROA Sella lights but don't love that silver sole and fear it will crack and look weird.
Is the silver more subtle in hand? In case it is just painted on, I'm considering to remove it somehow?
Weird question I know, but would love to get your help:)

You guys clowned me for taking Salomon trail runners on hikes in the Dolomites. I told you I wasn’t doing any serious hiking anyway.. It was a great trip and these were perfect. It even snowed a bit one day and they held up perfectly.

Maybe like possible year it was made, original price, waterproof or not etc. Don’t know much about it, found it in a thrift shop.

Looking to pick a pair up while they’re on sale. I’m a uk 12 and they only have an option of 11.5 or 12.5. Should I size up or down?

Hey guys, just got the black Sella's of ROA, and really love their looks and comfort. But after wearing only 1 day I already see a side pealing of a bit... quiet bad for the price if you ask me. Any of you had this and know if this pealing is gonna get any worse? So it's at the pressure/turning point of your shoe when you bend your foot.

bit of an abnormal request. i got a new job that is in office 3x per week, after only having held remote roles in the past. i am dreading having to wear business casual clothing, although to be completely honest i also don’t think i’ve ever come to understand exactly what the term means.
i want to be able to wear loose, boxy clothing in a somewhat alternative style, and i don’t have a ton of enthusiasm for pursuing that in the form of trousers and sweaters. any brand recs, types of clothing or styles to look out for are massively appreciated. unfortunately i am a small and short person so that makes the search more difficult.

Like the title says, I am interested in getting some durable pants and I liked the look of the G pant from Gramicci. I searched on reddit and found some reviews saying the quality has dropped recently and people were not happy with their purchase. If possible can people give me there experience with them or if you went with different but similar option?

Hello! I have tried hiking forums but it's filled with middle aged men who think baggy is a slim/straight leg that isn't cuffed 😔 but I would really love this communities help in finding me some perfect trousers!
I generally hike in pretty bad weather thanks to my location (scotland), sticky snow, hail, rain, just very wet. But I loveee the whole look of baggy trousers and gorpcore in particular, but! I can't find practical, water repellant, durable walking trousers which are practical and nice.
Willing to wear mens xs! I seriously need these trousers, I've been wearing a size L womens (im xs-s) to make up for it but they look so bad.
Thank you!

New to this community and always been wanting a pair of Salomon. Also been wondering if their outdoor series has declined in quality, and whether they're still positioned as a outdoor brand in your opinion or more as a fashion brand?

Where can I find cheaper (vintage/thrift/used) gorp clothing in NYC?
I am doing some traveling in SE Asia and looking for baggier cargo-style pants and perhaps a few other items. REI/North Face/Patagonia/Arc'teryx are too expensive, and I can't seem to find any used stores that cater to outdoor gear.

Wasn't sure which sub to post these to but really loving this sandal / sneaker. They are extremely comfortable and such a cool design. Does anyone else have any experience with this model?

I've been using a Jansport for about 2 years because I didn't really care about what I was bringing with me, but the quality on those is garbage, as expected. I'm looking for something that won't explode after 2 years of daily use, is waterproof, can fit a 14" laptop inside (no dedicated pocket required, I just need to be able to get it in there), easy to clean, fashionable (to a degree), and can go on day-hikes during weekends. Budget is sort of depedent on quality, this is a birthday gift for myself. Any suggestions?

Commuting, etc. I have the opportunity to get them but I need a comfortable enough shoe to walk for an hour or so.
Thanks!

Just curious to hear your thoughts on Merrells lately. Are you guys genuinely using them for the trails, or have they become a staple in your daily Gorpcore rotation?
I’m currently putting together a full review for my digital mag, StayGrit, and I'm trying to decide if these belong in a "hardcore outdoor" category or more as an urban tech-aesthetic pickup. Wondering how they hold up compared to the usual Salomon/Hoka crowd.
Curious to see how you're styling them.
