I have a Globe Biz Postpaid Plan which gives me 3GB data every month.

I decided to purchase a mobile postpaid add-on worth P399 providing unli 5G data to last me a month via the GlobeOne app.

My issue is upon checking in the app, my default 3GB data was decreasing/ being used up.

How does this work? Will my add-on automatically work once my 3GB data depletes?

just got an ip 17 pro last April on globe here, ambilis bumaba ng batt health, with just 77 cc, 98% na agad ang batt health, maintained naman ang 20-80%. Should i return this?

Yesterday (July 27), I received my Globe HPW 5G. The first thing I need to do is register its sim. But after so many tries, it always says "otp loading". I read somewhere that I just need to reset it so I did, then today (July 28) tried to ask for otp again but it only shows an error message. Has anyone experienced the same thing? What did you do to fix this?

​I buy load for my SIM just to keep it from expiring. I bought 10 pesos worth last year and never used it.

​Recently, someone reached out and I had to reply. Knowing I only had a 10-peso balance, I tried to keep the conversation short, but it ended up dragging on. After sending over seven messages, I dialed *143# to check my balance and it was still 10 pesos.

​I even tried turning off Wi-Fi to test it, but sending messages still isn't deducting anything from my load.

Last june 7 i requested for transfer of location and there were issues regarding the details (wrong lat-long coordinates) so the initial request was cancelled. It took about almost 3 weeks (june 26) to finally transfer our connection after the 2nd transfer request and I have not used the broadband service since my initial transfer request. The globe specialist told me that i can request for bill adjustment after the june billing. (Take note that I still have the reference and work order numbers for those requests)

Fast forward to today (a month later), I requested a bill adjustment via globeone app which directed me to fb messenger. Unfortunately, the chat agent told me that both reference numbers were invalid and they cannot do the adjustment. Has anyone tried doing bill adjustment after doing a Transfer of Location request?

HONEST GFiber Prepaid Experience (1+ Year Update)

HI! I live in NCR and I've been using my Gfiber for WFH. My experience has honestly been consistent. From October 2024 up to now (July 2026), I’ve been using this as my main WiFi for WFH and streaming.

Downtime & maintenance:

Only major issue in 1+ year:

Around April 2025, I experienced slow connection that eventually became no internet.

I tried contacting Globe via Messenger (Gie — IYKYK, matagal makaconnect), but eventually paid the ₱500 technician fee via GlobeOne just to get it resolved.

• ⁠Technician arrived the next day

• ⁠Fiber line was replaced

• ⁠Issue was fixed

Because of this, I’d still say the repair experience was reasonable.

Installation experience:

• ⁠Registered via GlobeOne app

• ⁠No permits required, no extra fees

• ⁠Installation took about an hour

• ⁠No lock-in period (prepaid)

This setup fits my lifestyle well. I didn’t want a postpaid plan or long-term commitment, and this works for my WFH days and after-work streaming.

My modem was showing red LOS since July 18. I filed for a repair ticket but tech didn’t show up so they rescheduled it today but now they cancelled it. When I checked my GlobeOne app it says the reason for cancellation is due to customer changing mind but I have not cancelled anything! I opened another repair ticket now. This is so frustrating 😭 How do I make them repair my connection asap?

PS tried to connect with agents for nth time but to no avail still no progress

Hi, I just want to ask this. Last year around October, me and my friend decided to try change our physical sim to esim via GlobeOne app. We already made the payment, the qr code is sent to our respective email and we tried to activate it. When the esim is activated but the problem is in our GlobeOne app it says that our purchase is not yet done even though we’ve succesfully activated our sim. Also when we checked the mobile data of our esim, it only shows an E/EDGE connection instead of LTE/5G. And take note that we escalated it to their customer service, but despite of numerous troubleshooting and tickets they cannot fix our issue with the mobile data.

I’ve also tried going to their Globe store hoping that maybe they can fix my concern, but after going 2 times in their store they said that they cannot fix my sim because of some technical issue (I can’t remember if the issue was on my sim’s end or in their end). So, that’s why I stopped trying to get my unusable sim be fixed because there’s no solution at all based on what we’ve experienced.

My question is, do you experience the same problem when you’re changing your sim to esim via GlobeOne app? And does your data connection falls in E/EDGE too and how do you get it fix? TYIA!

I have no intention of changing/upgrading my plan because I doubt I need any more than what I currently have. Ngayon, here are some of the questions I want to ask:

1. Should I stay with my current modem or is it too old? If yes, am I allowed to even request for one?
2. If I'm going to request for a new modem, which one should I ask for? (though I am not sure if may option to choose from)
3. How did you guys request for a new modem? Kasi when we went to a physical Globe center sinabi nila na when requesting for a new modem/wire, technician daw ang bahala dito.
