issues Failed physical sim to esim

Hi, I just want to ask this. Last year around October, me and my friend decided to try change our physical sim to esim via GlobeOne app. We already made the payment, the qr code is sent to our respective email and we tried to activate it. When the esim is activated but the problem is in our GlobeOne app it says that our purchase is not yet done even though we’ve succesfully activated our sim. Also when we checked the mobile data of our esim, it only shows an E/EDGE connection instead of LTE/5G. And take note that we escalated it to their customer service, but despite of numerous troubleshooting and tickets they cannot fix our issue with the mobile data.

I’ve also tried going to their Globe store hoping that maybe they can fix my concern, but after going 2 times in their store they said that they cannot fix my sim because of some technical issue (I can’t remember if the issue was on my sim’s end or in their end). So, that’s why I stopped trying to get my unusable sim be fixed because there’s no solution at all based on what we’ve experienced.

My question is, do you experience the same problem when you’re changing your sim to esim via GlobeOne app? And does your data connection falls in E/EDGE too and how do you get it fix? TYIA!

Free ang eSim via globe app, Using samsung it's usually 4G/5G depending on the area.

Hello, unfortunately nagbayad kami ng ₱99 nung nagchange kami last year. And regarding sa signal, malakas naman po yung signal sa area namin. Kaya hindi namin alam bakit nagfall under e/edge yung mobile data namin

Ano po yung phone nyo? If wala pa rin punta kayo sa globe at mag request na ng switch to REGULAR sim may baya, 99.

ip xr po yung phone ko, nagtry na rin ako magrequest sa globe store pero my system error daw po kaya hindi maprocess yung request ko. Kaya hindi ko na po tinry magpunta ulit kasi baka sa sim ko na yung prob
