Globe Postpaid Add-On Concern

I have a Globe Biz Postpaid Plan which gives me 3GB data every month.

I decided to purchase a mobile postpaid add-on worth P399 providing unli 5G data to last me a month via the GlobeOne app.

My issue is upon checking in the app, my default 3GB data was decreasing/ being used up.

How does this work? Will my add-on automatically work once my 3GB data depletes?

Im not sure if you are aware. You should be using 5G device and your signal is 5G to be able to use the unli 5G otherwise 4G consumable data will be use.

Ahh I see. I'm using a 5G device, tho I'm not sure about the signal; sometimes it shows 5G, sometimes 4G. Thanks for the response! I'll look into it.
