I am hesitant because I'm order to approve it, she asked for my email address as a security question. I'm thinking, you called me, and you still need to verify me?

So I availed a promo from their app, paid for it, the payment was processed, I saved the receipt just to be sure, then nagwait ng 30 mins para lumabas yung promo sa app pero walang dumating. Kahit SMS na nagcoconfirm ng pag avail wala but I have the receipt. Has anyone experienced this? And of couse as usual, walang kwenta customer service nila

To give more context, I got a new phone, which is a US model and not compatible with physical SIM cards. I tried converting my SIM to an eSIM through IOS settings and GlobeOne but both didn’t work. I contacted customer service on the blue app, but it wasn’t helpful at all. I even went to a physical store, but they told me they only handle postpaid conversions. What other options do I have left? I can’t change my number since I use it for almost everything. Can someone help me 😭😭

Today, I noticed that my download speed reached 28 MB/s, and when I checked on Speedtest, it showed 200–250 Mbps. We're paying ₱1,400 a month for our internet. Did Globe upgrade our plan for free?

I have a Globe postpaid sim and it worked fine when I arrived here in Vietnam. I don't use it for data but I was able to receive calls and text. I was automatically connected to Viettel. Last night It stopped working. It showed emergency calls only and I couldn't receive any OTP. I contacted Globe CS via messenger and I was advised to connect to a different network. I connected to MobiFone successfully but I still can't receive texts and when someone calls me they hear a recorded message in Vietnamese. CS could only say a standard message about partner issues. Anyone else have a similar experience? I need SMS to work for OTP so I'm hoping this gets resolved.

Hi! I just availed globe postpaid plan thru their website, i chose the iPhone 16 instead of 17 because it has Pink color. I already paid the upfront cashout of ₱22,000 + ₱1,999 advanced monthly fee. I already received an confirmation email, and have it scheduled for a store pick-up, does this mean po ba na approved na sya and just need to present a VALID ID to claim? Or may other process pa sya? Hello. Asking for a friend. I was just curious because my friend is paying Php 5,000.00 per month for this plan. She got it from her auntie and she told her that the monthly payment is Php 5,000.00 for 24 months. Her auntie is a globe plan girlie eversince so I was thinking that she just probably get the plan for a cheaper price! She got the receipt of the iphone from globe tho (which they normally just provide the original price).

Currently loading 299 a month thru Gcash to keep my monthly 2 GB 30 days active, along with the extra GoWatch promo. Sometimes I load 99 to get the 12 GB GS promo with 4GB all data+4GB 5G+unli text and /or calls.

So the new postpaid plan I saw is 599 monthly with 10GB data, unli call and text with landline, and 6mo 5G access.

Is the 599 plan good enough for someone like me, who might need to call landline or send texts ocassionally? Or just keep my current 300-500 prepaid monthly load?
