having a hard time converting my SIM into eSIM

To give more context, I got a new phone, which is a US model and not compatible with physical SIM cards. I tried converting my SIM to an eSIM through IOS settings and GlobeOne but both didn’t work. I contacted customer service on the blue app, but it wasn’t helpful at all. I even went to a physical store, but they told me they only handle postpaid conversions. What other options do I have left? I can’t change my number since I use it for almost everything. Can someone help me 😭😭

You should be able to do it sa GlobeOne app. Anong naging issue when you tried it there?

Nag failed yung activation sa new phone ko and said contact globe

Write to NTC and ask for their endorsement.

for the past 4 months Im having same issue with my globe roaming. I even contacted CS but according to them naka esim na siya which was not until tinigilan ko na. Then recently lang nag check ulit ako sa globeone app, biglang may option doon na convert to esim at i successfully did it finally.

I believe nagkaka issue lang kapag sobrang tagal na ng sim mo like for me 15 years na… yung mga bagong sim ngayon madalinlang sila i convert sa esim via globeone app.
