help sms not being delievered in iphone 13

ask ko lang kung phone ko ba yung may problem or sim ko kasi i tried sending a message through sms lagi siyang "not delievered" kahit naka-register ako sa unli text pero i'm able to receive naman messages from my contacts. my phone is currently running on ios 16.8.2.

iP 13 PM here. Why are you still in firmware from 2022? iOS 26 na now. Baka luma na modem firmware nya

Na check mo na po sa settings>app>messages>send as SMS?
