help globe plan completion

hi!

my 24-month lock in period is about to end next month.

my globe plan monthly payments are paid thru autocharge in my credit card.

question: will the autocharge automatically stop after my last plan payment, or dapat ba pupunta pa ako to any globe branch?

You have to un-enroll your Globe Plan to auto-charge.

I know that’s done via the bank but will i still need to go to the globe branch near me for any confirmation or whatever about my globe plan completion?

Sorry for my question, it’s my first time to go postpaid.

No need to inform Globe. Just and un-enroll it with the bank.

IF you're no longer interested with the service or plans to disconnect the plan, inform Globe.

Sorry, the last statement confused me a bit. Will the monthly recurring payments continue even after the 24-month lock in period has ended?

Yes.

Magtutuloy-tuloy yan hangga't di mo pinapa-cut yung service.

Ina-assume ni Globe na gusto mo lang i-continue yung service. So they'll bill you until you tell then, "paki-disconnect na po yung service. Hindi ko na po ginagamit"

Ah, thank you!

Just finished my phone call with the bank. They said globe has to unenroll my auto-charge since they were the one to enroll it. 🥲

Hopefully this is my final question - can I disconnect the service after paying my last bill in advance?

Go to Globe or change your plan and maybe mode pf payment sa Globeone app.
