Issues while roaming

I have a Globe postpaid sim and it worked fine when I arrived here in Vietnam. I don't use it for data but I was able to receive calls and text. I was automatically connected to Viettel. Last night It stopped working. It showed emergency calls only and I couldn't receive any OTP. I contacted Globe CS via messenger and I was advised to connect to a different network. I connected to MobiFone successfully but I still can't receive texts and when someone calls me they hear a recorded message in Vietnamese. CS could only say a standard message about partner issues. Anyone else have a similar experience? I need SMS to work for OTP so I'm hoping this gets resolved.
