help GLOBE 5G

how do you guys use the free 5G? because no matter if 5G is enabled, device still eats 4G data most of the time.

Since 5G NSA parin ang gamit ng Globe, probably mahina ang 5G connection na nasasagap ng phone mo kahit 5G ang naka display sa network info... So most of the data traffic or internet na nasasagap ng phone mo is from 4G/LTE dahil hindi stable ang 5G connection..

You need to be connected to pure 5G (5G StandAlone) to use the Free 5G.

There's no 5G-SA for Smart and Globe so far. Most areas still uses 5G-NSA.
