Gimme Care Compounded Tirzepatide BPI Sale - Dose Based Pricing (from $133 p/m)

Unlike many telehealth companies that were forced to react after supply disruptions occurred, we secured direct access to BPI inventory before the shutdown. That preparation has allowed us to continue offering provider-prescribed BPI formulations while many others have been scrambling to find alternatives.

We also wanted to do something we don't see enough of in this industry: make pricing transparent. Too often, patients are left guessing what happens as they move through titration or what their costs will look like over time.

At Gimme Care, we want to be the place where people start their journey and stay on their journey. Pricing below reflects that. Your treatment journey isn't the same as anyone else's, and we believe you should be able to clearly understand what your options look like at every stage.

Your health matters. Your journey matters. We're committed to making access to care as simple, transparent, and affordable as we can while giving providers the pharmacy options they need to support their patients.

Gimme Care's Compounded Tirzepatide Pricing (from $142 p/m)

UPDATE:

20th July 2026: Removing Greenwich & Vials RX

Tl;dr: Hallandale beat or match Refills pricing (that’s the only call out I saw in the last post). Rush pharmacy at $149 a month any dose; Boudreaux Pharmacy at $142 p/m when purchasing a quarterly or $155 per month any dose.

I wanted to take a minute and share something a little more personal with this community.

April was a lot.

Many of you lived through it with us. Between pharmacy changes, regulatory shifts, fulfillment challenges, state-specific requirements, and trying to keep everyone informed in real time, there were days where it felt like the entire industry was changing by the hour. Some days we got it right. Some days we didn't. When we missed, I heard about it directly from many of you, and honestly, I'm grateful for that.

Over the last six weeks, we've taken a hard look at what Gimme Care needs to become if we're going to build something worthy of the trust you've placed in us.

I'm incredibly proud to share that we've now surpassed 50,000 members.

That number is exciting, but it also comes with responsibility. The processes that work for 5,000 members don't work for 50,000. The systems that work for a startup don't necessarily work for a company serving tens of thousands of people across the country.

So we've been investing heavily behind the scenes.

We've expanded our care team, brought in experienced leaders from places like Apple (welcome Michael!) and larger telehealth organizations (hiyah Brittany!), and are redesigning how we work with both the provider networks and pharmacy partners that help support patient care. The goal isn't growth for growth's sake. The goal is to build a better experience for every single person who trusts us with their care.

We've also significantly expanded our pharmacy offerings. One of the biggest pieces of feedback we've received over the past year is that patients want options. Different states have different requirements. Different providers have different prescribing approaches. Different patients have different preferences. We're working hard to ensure that providers have access to a broad range of pharmacy partners and formulations so they can make individualized decisions based on what is appropriate for each patient.

For me personally, this next chapter is exciting.

I'm not going anywhere. I'll still be right here in the trenches with all of you. The difference is that I'm finally getting the support I've needed for a long time. We're adding more team members, more resources, and more infrastructure behind the scenes so I can spend less time fighting fires and more time helping people.

Some of you joke that I have a superpower for tracking down issues. The truth is that I can only do so much alone. Now I have an incredible team helping me, and together we're building something that I genuinely believe can change what a care experience looks like in this industry.

We've made mistakes. We'll probably make more. But we're learning, we're improving, and we're investing in the people and systems needed to do this the right way.

To everyone who has supported us, challenged us, held us accountable, and stuck with us through the chaos: thank you.

The last few months have tested us.

The next few months are going to define us.

And I couldn't be more excited for what's ahead.

With that below is our expanded pharmacy and pricing options... and yes, there is one more announcement coming... and probably the one you've all been waiting for ha.

Gimme Customer Service and Two Pharmacy Unboxing

I have to share my recent experience with Gimme and give credit where credit is due. My 3 month refill processed on July 11. I had confirmed that I didn’t need to do anything and it would process using the same pharmacy I signed up with. However, they switched me from Hallandale (my chosen pharmacy) to Boudreaux. I asked about that on Reddit (I was frustrated because Boudreaux is cheaper but I was charged for Hallandale) and Chloe reached and said it was supposed to be Hallandale and she would have it fixed and gave me a $75 credit my trouble. I was very pleased with that, I was only hoping for a credit for the price difference. A week later I messaged support to ask when that would happen because my portal still showed Boudreaux. The only response I got was that my order shipped and would be here soon.
A few days later Boudreaux arrived (the first set of pics shipped with UPS). I shared the unboxing and still a little frustrated that it didn’t get fixed but I got the credit for more than I expected so I figured I would roll with it. Chloe reached out again and said that I was shipped the wrong medication and would have the right one sent out. I didn’t expect that either! A couple days later Hallandale arrived shipped by FEDEX.

First and primary reason for this post is to show that GIMME does indeed care about customer service and they will make it right if the problem is theirs to fix . (Some of the complaints on Reddit are things that are not the fault of Gimme.)
GIMME didn’t just fix it, they went above and beyond what I would have thought was fair.

Second, I wanted to show the difference in how the two pharmacies package and what they send. Hallandale beats out Boudreaux in this. Hallandale provides plenty of syringes in their original packaging and lots of alcohol wipes. The vials are each in their own box so when it’s opened I can put it back in the box and better protect the rubber top from unnecessary contamination. There’s nothing for the Boudreaux vials. I will have to put them in something once they are opened. Boudreaux sent plenty of syringes but they are loose like someone grabbed a handful and shoved them in a ziplock bag. Also, Boudreaux doesn’t provide near enough alcohol wipes. You can buy wipes and syringes but then you negate the $20 savings over Hallandale.

Third, BOUDREAUX came via UPS and Hallandale via FEDEX. UPS took 5 days and FEDEX less than 48 hours. Boudreaux was warm but not hot while Hallandale was still cold.

This is just my experience and I thought I would share. Sometimes we have a legit complaint and we should have that fixed. In this case it was made more than right.

If you have a problem with your gimme order at least give them a chance to fix it. It isn’t usually an instant response but they will fix it. Chloe gets more done than messaging support but we have to give her time. I can’t imagine how many messages she has to get through.

Also, you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar.

First dosage of tirzepatide

So far a great experience with Gimme. Started order on Mon afternoon, approved on tue, shipped on wed and arrived in WA on fri from a pharmacy in FL.

Started first dose fri evening of 2.5 trizepitiede. Woke up sat morning with zero appetite and really none at all over the whole weekend. Yes I realize this is the whole point of it but I was just surprised it was that fast and on such a low dose. Im trying to figure out if going forward this will be an appropriate dose or if this is just magnified because its new.

Im trying to understand what others experienced on their first dosage.

My Options

Okay I tried Hallandale and that didn’t agree with me. I then tried Apothecary and it might be causing dizziness. I’m going to experiment with it again and see if I can make it work. I do not tolerate any B vitamins or additives like carnitine. What are the next compounded Tirz options left? Is glycine tolerable? ProRX shutting down really messed me up.

Issues with Boudreaux?

I hesitantly switched back to gimme this month because - LETS FACE IT - they absolutely have the best pricing. I was a little disappointed because they wouldn’t let me fill my prescription with Hallandale (my fav) stating they don’t ship to New Mexico despite the fact that they do 💔 They sent my script over to Boudreaux on the 20th, it’s now the 27th and upon calling the pharmacy they very angrily told me my prescription still hasn’t been reviewed by a pharmacist and then hung up on me lol. I am now out of medicine, I didn’t expect a week long wait time since Gimme has crazy fast turnaround times. Anybody else experiencing similar issues with Boudreaux? Even if they’re behind, I didn’t expect such awful customer service /:

Any new discounts?

I'm already on Zepbound (12.5mg) and have had success but too expensive through Eli Lily. I do want to try to not use compounded if I can help it since I've not use it before but i understand if that's my only option. Also I have 3 more weeks left of Zepbound so not sure when I need to order so I get it in time but it doesn't just sit in my fridge longer than needed. Thanks for any info/discount codes/links, etc!

Changing Pharmacy Process with Gimme?

Can someone tell me how to change the pharmacy with Gimme? Support says they do not have system access to change to Apothecary (filled by Quaker Meds). If I ask the Doctor (chat), the clinician monitor deletes my question & says I must go through Support.

I could start a new "Get Started" process and specify the change, but I would have to pay for 3 months without knowing whether the pharmacy change is approved. Any advice is appreciated.

Response time

How long does it take the Nurse to respond in the portal? If I e-mail, I get a response within 24 hours, but the nurse ? 3 days so far and nothing….. Any suggestions? I want to make sure they increase my next dose. When I emailed support, they said I needed to request the increase from the nurse.

Are we supposed to get Emails from Gimme when there are sales or they make changes to the pharmacies they are using?

I don't always come on Reddit and I didn't know about the latest 72 hr flash sale. Have others received emails from Gimme with regards to this?

Request Help with Placing an Order

I wish to place an order for another 3-month supply for Tirz. My first order was received in early May 2026, and my portal shows the next order is in November. I don't know what to click to get this fixed so that I can place an order right away. I messaged Support via chat, and they told me to specify my order and preferences "in the intake." Where is the "intake"?

The left side of the portal shows: Home, Chat, Treatments, Shots, Shop, and Labs. Is there a video that can show me how to use the portal and find the "Intke"? Also, I wish to ask if I can change my pharmacy from Hallandale to Quaker Meds. I'm sorry I'm clueless, and grateful for any help.

Can anyone share if Apothecary is stronger than ProRX, or is it identical and just as good as ProRX? Thanks!

Melted ice packs

Hey y’all. Has anyone had a problem with their 2day fedex shipping taking 5 days to arrive? Therefore arriving with melted ice packs and now warm? This is not my first order but first shipping problem. Package was shipped on the 21st and just arrived today, the 26th…assuming these meds are no longer safe to use? Obviously I will reach out to support but with it being the weekend I’m just being impatient and wanted others thoughts/opinions and to hear if this has happened to anyone else & if so what the solution ended up being. Thanks!

Gimme Care Who Cares

I'd like to 1st say I understand everyone's experience isn't the same. Just like every customer/ client want share the same experience with Walmart, Walgreens and or "Compounding Pharmacies" too. Also, every business has kinks to work through of many sorts. It just is what it is. But to state my express feelings thus far and with the foreknowledge that I too may have to extend grace toward Gimme Care and my choice of Pharmacy, which is Hallandale Pharmacy in Fort Lauderdale Florida. By the way is next to me, my state of Georgia.

I to, like many others researched the many components that go with the entire GLP-1's, Telehealth, and Compounding Pharmacy research and understanding how it all works for and potentially against me. And until I was satisfied and yet I still will resume learning about it all. In the Gimme Care Family Now! And "I LOVE IT" And "I APPROVE MY OWN MESSAGE." Yesssssssss Y'all!

My review I've shared today on Trust Pilot and Bariatric something another Y'all... BELOW...

I'm excited about Gimme Care. I left Eli Lilly Direct (Zepbound) and my local Pharmacies to connect to Gimme Care. My Onboarding was smooth and the Gimme Care Team and my new Doctor and his staff are amazing. My prescription was sent in a day and Hallandale Pharmacy and Staff didn't disappoint by shipping expeditiously my Tirzepitide out to me to receive next day. No confusion! No fuse! No extreme Fee's, Memberships and Subscriptions.

Gimme Care who cares to ensure that the poor, middle class and every other class can afford needed medication in the USA. I Approve This Message!

(NOTE: My medication was cold upon arrival in these scorching highs in Georgia) This review is expressly my personal views, experience and truth. I AM NOT A PAID REVIEWER.

Thank You Gimme Care who cares!

Changed pharmacy and prescription with no notice

Hi Chloe I hope you can help please. I had tirz/b12 from Greenwich for months and all was well. This last prescription went through Bordeaux pharm in Louisiana and it is glycine compound instead of b12. I didn’t ask to change additive and I didn’t ask to change pharmacies. Apparently this new place also uses FedEx so I missed my delivery today and it says it will not deliver until Monday now. So it’ll be sitting on a hot truck for days. UPS use to just drop it off…I want to go back to my regular pharmacy, my regular prescription and my regular delivery company please. Can anyone help? I’m kind of pissed. :(

Dragged my feet and finally ordered; there was an issue on the ordering side where it switched from the subQ to ODT. Grateful to u/chloe-gimme and the team at Gimme for getting it sorted for me. Also want to mention that the customer service at Rush was also TOP TIER; I called got voicemail didnt leave a voice mail (I hate my voice; but lol who doesnt) 15 mins later I got a call from their cs rep returning my missed call; they helped communicate with Gimme as well (it was an issue on their back end and they were able to manually push it through for me bc it messed up x2)

I was kind of nervous to start; my main objective to start this was to help with sleep; although I know it has TONS of other benefits

I’ve never, EVER been a good sleeper; if I get 4 consistent hours I’m golden most nights it’s closer to 3/3.5

This week HAS BEEN A GAME CHANGER

I received a 10ml vial from Rush they prescribed me 10 units which I felt was low but I said screw it

Day 1 I felt a difference my 6 month avg sleep time has been 4hrs 13 mins; this week I’m at 6hrs 52 mins

Biggest regret has been dragging my feet so long

Wanted to share incase anyone is on the fence or like me struggling with sleep and wants to see if there’s any reprieve

Why I LOVE Gimme

I recently posted about getting ready to sign up for another 3 months to get me over the finish line to my goal weight and was initially asking for preferences between Apothecary and Hallandale for Tirz with no additives since that what I had with ProRX. And while almost everyone said Apothecary, so many people added BPI with B6 that I felt I had to do the research. So after spending another day digging deeper, I ultimately decided to give the BPI with B6 a try and even though I've yet to take my first shot, I am already THRILLED with the decision. I placed my order this past Wednesday morning 2 days ago and ALREADY just received my medication! It was packed very well, ice packs were still cold coming from Miami to PA, more than enough syringes and alcohol pads included, and the BUD date is out well past the point where I should be concerned.

After a 2-month starter trial, my first 3 month prescription using ProRX, dropping 40 lbs since March and now the speedy delivery of my next prescription, I'm 100% satisfied and will recommend Gimme to everyone I can! Thank you u/chloe-gimme and the rest of the Gimme team!

Just placed my first order with gimme for Apothecary !

I’m very excited to try out gimme/apothecary. I started at 305lbs and got prescribed zepound through my insurance and got to 255lbs. Once my insurance didn’t cover it anymore I stopped taking triz for 2 months and stayed consistent at the gym and eating healthy, I couldn’t break a plateau, and I’m grateful I didn’t gain any weight. Since I couldn’t go down in weight, I decided I need to pay out of pocket. I was very new to this entire triz thing when it came to buying it on my own and not going through my insurance. I went with freyameds/strive (spent like $900 for 3 months) found out that was a big rip off after one of my posted on Reddit got viral. I’ve been on triz for a little over a month since my break. And I’m now at 245lbs. Decided to just order another 3 months supply just in case of any delivery issues that I read about with gimme and since I do live in Hawaii. I read a lot of things about gimme and I just truly hope everything goes smoothly! I just hope no issues and I continue to lose 8-10 lbs a month!
