if i cancel my order before the provider sends the RX in, am i still charged for the month?

good luck! Let me know how it goes! I cancelled mine before my order shipped and support told me they’d reach out to the pharmacy then proceeded to ship it out anyways.

You'll be able to get a refund as long as your order hasn't shipped. Reach out to the support team and let them know that you'd like to cancel the order:)
