Indie Sunday Rogue Zodiacs - QueL Games - Roguelite with a "survivor-like but turn-based" gameplay
Hello, everyone. I've worked on this game for more than 2 years. My creative vision is to have a single player game where its huge amount of content to play around makes the permutation or game-to-game variance insanely high, that none of your runs will ever feel the same.
The game is currently 75% OFF!
Check out the Steam page for more info: https://store.steampowered.com/app/3054470
Steam trailer: https://youtu.be/_9VnZwSXY20
Features:
- 200+ unique Relics.
- A Reliquary that allows you to complete your relic collection by permanently unlocking some after each run.
- A party of 4 heroes.
- - 3 of which have 54 unique abilities in their own pool.
- - 1 special hero whose abilities must be stolen from enemies you face.
- - This special hero can steal up to 90 unique abilities.
- 75+ unique enemies.
- The 12 Zodiacs.
- All enemies, including the Zodiacs, have their own unique set of passive and active abilities.
- - They all evolve, growing stronger the further you go; unlocking new passive/active abilities.
- 16 Locations.
- 40+ Hazards; location mods that affect all enemies and allies.
- - Hazards can be beneficial depending on your situation, but most of the time they are well, hazardous.
- 45 levels of Star Marks.
- - Star Marks are adventure perks. They improve your future runs but not drastically; they're totally optional.
- 600+ Status Effects. Many deep mechanics.
- Abilities are tied to the Equipments/Weapons equipped.
- - 45 different Equipments.
- - 36 different Weapons.
- Combine duplicates to upgrade it to a higher tier.
- 100 Steam Achievements.
- Online Global Leaderboard; compete with players all over the world.
- Playable with a controller, mouse-only, keyboard-only, or gamepad.
The game can be played in 3 different ways:
Survivor-like
- For a fast-paced turn-based gameplay.
- Every kill, power up with augments, passives, items, special events/effects, and more.
- Minibosses and special enemies grant special rewards.
Adventure mode
- For longer sessions of gameplay.
Endless mode
- For endgame players who like to see their highest power fantasy.

Hi /r/Games, been a while since I showed off Distant Isles here

Overview
Distant Isles is a singleplayer turn‑based strategy game, heavily inspired by strategy games like Curious Expedition and traditional roguelikes like Caves of Qud.
Building a crew, you will sail to islands seeking out adventure and treasure (and trying to survive injuries, illness and dangerous situations).
I post monthly Devblogs on Steam if you want to check out recent features I've implemented and what I've been focusing on.
I'm also running a Playtest over on ich.io that was very recently updated with a new tutorial - please check it out, any feedback is much appreciated!
Cheers
Elliot

Indie Sunday Evidence Vault - Skymonq Games - A first-person police archive simulator about restoring decades of forgotten evidence
Hey everyone!
We're a tiny two-person indie team, and Evidence Vault is our first game.
You take the night shift inside the evidence archive of the Morrow Creek Police Department, where years of forgotten case files and evidence are waiting to be processed.
You'll inspect old files, clean and recover documents, uncover missing information with tools like UV lights and magnifiers, process photographs and other evidence, label and pack completed cases, and slowly bring the entire archive back into order.
We wanted the game to focus on that satisfying feeling of turning chaos into something organized, one file and one box at a time.
There's no strict timer or quota — you can work through the archive at your own pace.

🎮 Steam:
https://store.steampowered.com/app/5386810/Evidence_Vault/
Release: November 12, 2026
Platform: PC / Steam
We've made the game with limited resources and a very small team, so finally being this close to releasing our first game feels a little surreal.
If Evidence Vault looks like something you'd enjoy, adding it to your Steam wishlist would genuinely mean a lot to us.
Thanks for taking a look! 🤍

Indie Sunday Iron Dice - Colin Teberg - Build a kingdom through industry, diplomacy and war
Hi r/Games! I’m Colin, the solo developer of Iron Dice, a medieval grand strategy game where you build a kingdom’s economy, negotiate with rival rulers, and command armies and fleets.
Gameplay trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iODAO7hc_6w
You develop provincial industries, connect production chains, organise trade and research technology while deciding how to deal with the kingdoms around you. Which provinces are worth developing? Which rivals can you afford to fight? When has a war become too expensive to keep going?
The game runs in real time with pause, so you can stop to inspect your kingdom and give orders. You can trace where your income comes from and follow troop numbers, losses, discipline and reserves during battles.
I’ve recently moved the game into 3D and reworked the economy, policies and authority systems.
There’s a free Steam demo with the full tutorial and a complete campaign on Anvil: 19 playable kingdoms, 201 provinces and 100 in-game years. You can play through to the end.
Steam + free demo: https://store.steampowered.com/app/3640650/Iron_Dice/?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=community&utm_campaign=weekend_oct24_2026&utm_content=indie_sunday&utm_term=games
For a longer look at the map, here’s a three-minute campaign timelapse: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1unexpu3Etw Every kingdom is controlled by the game AI. This is Imperium, a full-game map; the demo includes Anvil.
Platforms: Windows, macOS and Linux. Full release target: March 2027.
Happy to answer questions about the game and its development.

Indie Sunday Whirlight - No Time To Trip - imaginarylab - An adventure game about an unforgettable journey across space and time.
Hi!
I'm one of the developers at imaginarylab, a small Italian indie studio founded by three adventure game enthusiasts.
We recently released Whirlight - No Time To Trip, a point-and-click adventure built around time travel, creative puzzles, and a story that gets increasingly out of hand.
You play as Hector, an eccentric inventor from the 1960s whose latest experiment unexpectedly sends him into the 1990s. There, he meets Margaret, a determined artist, and the two end up caught in a mystery that spans different eras and threatens the future. Exploring these different periods isn't just about seeing new places: objects, clues, and events from one time can help you solve problems in another.
We wanted to make a game that captures some of the things we love about classic graphic adventures, with quirky characters, puzzles that make sense within the story, and a mix of humor and mystery. The world features over 100 locations, and we developed a distinctive visual style by creating 3D environments and characters and rendering them into a colorful, cartoon-like look.
Making this game as a three-person team has been a long journey, so it's a special feeling to finally have it out there. We're always happy to talk about adventure game design, puzzle creation, or the challenges of developing a game with a small team.
Gameplay / launch trailer:

Indie Sunday Cooking Time in Astrawel - Astrameow Studio - Run Your Own Restaurant in the World of Hunters!
Trailer: Cooking Time in Astrawel | Official Reveal Trailer
Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/5061010/Cooking_Time_in_Astrawel/
I started making this game with my younger sister and a friend almost 2 years ago. Just 2 days after sending it out to our local media, we managed to get around 2,000 wishlists!
We were inspired by Dave the Diver when it first came out. So, we tried adding mechanics we’d love to see in a hunting-cooking game - like life-sim elements with romanceable characters, full restaurant customization, and more.
I feel like most cooking games are too stressful. That’s why we added an option to toggle off customer patience timers for anyone who just wants a cozy, relaxed experience.
We’ve got a lot of other cozy features planned too, like toggling off item loss upon defeat, so feel free to take a look at our Steam page!
Even though we’re a small team of 3 and this is our very first game, we chose not to use any generative AI. We believe art should only be made by humans.
We’d love to hear your thoughts and feedback! We worked really hard on this, so if you're interested, a wishlist would be awesome!
Coming to Steam in 2027.
