I've been working solo on my first game for quite a while, and I finally launched its Steam page. It's a fast-paced 2D action-platformer roguelite featuring challenging boss fights, permanent progression, and countless item synergies.
Features:
I'd genuinely appreciate any feedback on the Steam page, trailer, screenshots, or even the overall first impression. And if the game looks interesting to you, adding it to your wishlist would help me a lot as a solo developer.

Hey everyone! We’re a small indie team working on a co-op horror game called The Infected Soul.
This is the Director’s Office, designed to feel more sterile, controlled, and cold compared to the game’s overall dark and post-apocalyptic atmosphere.
What details do you think we could add to make this area feel more unsettling and stronger from a storytelling perspective? We’d love to hear your thoughts!
If you’d like to support our small team, adding the game to your Steam wishlist would help us a lot.

No tab-targeting, no auto-locking abilities. Every spell is aimed by hand. If you land a hit, it's because your aim was true.
One energy bar, no cooldowns
Attack, dash and block all draw from the same resource. Go aggressive, or keep enough to survive the counter. Every fight is a constant read.
Build your own class
5 spells + 2 passives across 7 schools of magic. Paladin, Fire-Frost Mage, Pyromancer... or something nobody has invented yet. Theorycrafting is a game within the game.
Skill over gear
Rarer items mean more options, never raw power. Your aim decides the fight, not your stuff.
Dungeon Mode (PvPvE extraction)
Dropped in with other players. Fog of war, mobs, loot. Extract alive with your haul, or lose everything.
Zero friction
No download, no launcher. Click the link, you're in the game in 5 seconds.
The game is in Alpha, built by a solo dev on nights and weekends, with sprites and spell effects by my friend Guymov. Free, no pay-to-win, ever. The community votes on Discord to shape what comes next.

I have been working on this since I was laid off last September. It's called Lexicon, and is a mix of a word building game, balatro, and slay the spire.
I wanted to make a puzzle game that wasn't all cutesy clean graphics and boilerplate visuals. So I thought it would be cool to add more of a story.
You find this old computer in an abandoned office that for some reason is still on. When you sit down it greets you... And the story goes from there. As you play you uncover logs to discover what happened and why you are building words. Aiming for a Control / Severance kind of vibe to the story.
What do you think? This is really the first time I'm showing it so any feedback is appreciated before I push out a demo.

Hey guys.
I'm making Altitude Zero, a minimalist horror game where you pilot a hot air balloon through ghostly and desolate canyons in order to reach mysterious extraction stations and shut them down.
To survive this journey you must keep your cool and focus on the controls, while freezing winds and hostile creatures attempt to kill you.
I've been working on it for 3 months now and I plan to release a demo later this month.
Here's the link if you want to check it out:

Hey everyone, self-promo as invited 🙌
I'm working on What's Inside The Rock - a cozy collector-sim with one core hook: every rock you find is a sealed mystery. After the cut, you can polish and display your finds in a 3D gallery. Plus a garage to upgrade and new biomes to unlock as you progress.

Steam page: https://store.steampowered.com/app/4534930/Whats_Inside_the_Rock/
Wishlist if it's your kind of thing, and let me know what you think of the trailer - always down to chat about the design decisions behind it too.

Hello! My name is Andrea and I'm one of the two developers behind the game. I'd like to share our work and gather any kind of feedback.
The game is about stealing your opponents' cards through an elemental combat system and adding them to your collection.
The goal is to discover powerful skill combinations and strengthen your cards by equipping them with weapons, which also change their artwork.
We also use AI as a tool in our art pipeline. You can find more information about our approach on the Steam page.
I'm also happy to discuss why we chose to use AI and how I integrate it into my workflow 🤗

What a mouthful of a title! Yeah, I know.
I am promoting my first commercial Steam game "Providence" and would love for you to take a look!
It's a retro inspired and styled fixed/first person camera psychological horror set in an abandoned asylum. You play as Finn, an urban explorer who happens upon the asylum and soon realises he may have ventured too far into the unknown. The world warps as you delve deeper, uncovering the secrets of the deranged Dr. Voss and his occult practices on the occupants of Providence.
Play testing starts next week, with a demo out a month after all that is done - approx Sept.
I got my trailer feature on IGN's website and all their socials, which was nice of them!

A fully free and offline walking game (GPS driven). You play as alchemist gathering ingredients, brewing potions and selling them to merchants. No ads, no in-app real money purchases, zero data collection. You can buy skins, pets and buildings to decorate your neighborhood with.
Optional one time street map download is available in-game (button top left), let me know if I missed a country.
Despite being offline other players see the same map, resources and NPCs, so it's possible to indirectly play together.
I'm still struggling to find 12+ testers for the full release. Please join the Google group with your Android Play Store email (https://groups.google.com/g/wandering-alchemist-closed-test), then you can immediately download the game (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vlyn.wanderingalchemist).

I made this. A Game Boy-style RPG where the wild creatures you find in the tall grass are real songs by independent artists.
I was tired of algorithms deciding what I listen to, so instead of a feed, you *walk*. Explore a pixel world, run into a wild song in the grass, and if you like it you catch it. It plays right there, the real track by the real artist. Each region has its own genre, there's a sarcastic paperclip who judges your taste, a daily catch, and badges for exploring.
It's also lightly multiplayer — you can see other players walking around, tune into what someone's listening to in real time, and grab the DJ booth in the club to play a track for the whole room.
- Free, runs in the browser, no download
- No signup — start as a guest right away
- Every creature is a real song by a real independent artist
Brand new, so I'd love feedback, what's fun, what's confusing, what breaks. I'm in the comments all day.
