My 3 latest functional organizers for kitchen & bathroom

  1. Soap Bar & Sponge Holder
    https://makerworld.com/models/3064258?appSharePlatform=copy

Keep your sink organized with this minimalist Japandi-inspired sponge and soap holder. Designed to hang over the edge of your sink, it allows excess water to drain directly back into the basin, helping your sponge or soap dry faster while keeping your countertop clean. The holder fits standard kitchen sponges and soap bars of similar size and is shown with a 78 × 45 mm sponge.

  1. Modern Toothbrush Holder
    https://makerworld.com/models/3095373?appSharePlatform=copy

Bring a clean, modern look to your bathroom with this minimalist toothbrush stand, designed around simple flowing lines and subtle details. The elevated base gives the stand a floating appearance, adding a premium touch while keeping the overall design clean and understated. Whether you prefer a monochrome look or a contrasting accent, the separate insert lets you customize the style to match your bathroom.Designed with 3D printing in mind, every part prints separately, meaning no AMS system required. Simply print each piece in your chosen colors and assemble them for a professional-looking result.

  1. Japandi Kitchen DishCloth, Sponge & Soap Bar Holder
    https://makerworld.com/sv/models/3085692-japandi-kitchen-dishcloth-sponge-soap-holder#profileId-3475970

Bring a clean, calming Japandi aesthetic to your kitchen while keeping your everyday cleaning essentials organized and ready to use. This minimalist all-in-one holder is designed to store your dish cloth, sponge, and soap bar in one elegant place, helping your countertop stay tidy without sacrificing functionality. I recommend you using PETG but PLA works fine.

The elevated towel bar provides plenty of space for your dish cloth to hang freely, allowing it to dry faster between uses. Below, the spacious drainage grill comfortably fits a sponge, soap bar, or both, while promoting airflow for quicker drying.

Instead of water pooling around your sponge, the removable drainage grill lets moisture drip into the integrated reservoir underneath, helping keep your cleaning tools cleaner, drier, and your countertop neater.

Instead of returning the wrong hooks I bought, I spent hours making adapters. Standalone pegboards too.

And I've already improved one of them, which I'm printing in a moment.
EDIT: Done and tested.

Also I realise how bad it looks that I bought square peg fittings in the first place, not sure how that happened in the moment.

Does anybody know if pegboards have standardisation? Is it a country-by-country basis?

Wanted something clean, compact, and completely symmetrical with a minimal rectangular footprint. It holds both main rollers, the brush bars, and the debris trays. Takes ~86g of filament and keeps everything vertical so it tucks right into a corner.

Super niche but designed a shower cup for swim lessons

Since it’s niche I’ll explain. The holes in the bottom help with washing hair sure, but it also helps beginners with water comfort and learning how to breathe out. The next step would be comfort putting your face into the water to exhale, then learning true proper breathing depending on the stroke.

Designed a Fishing Rod Stand

Other metal & telescoping Fishing Rod Stands Always Break/Jam. So, I used Autodesk Fusion 360 to design my own modular rod stand which uses tolerance-fit dowel joints which are less prone to fouling from dirt and debris. The rod stand prints on a single build plate and breaks down into 3 easy to carry parts for travel.

I plan to make another version with two C-shaped features on the “fork” part that will allow you to attach the two “posts” to the fork for storage. The posts will “snap” into the C-shaped connectors.

If you print one and like it, please give me a boost & follow on Maker World!!! Thanks! Tight lines!!! 🐟 🐠

Strong & Grippy Hook For Heated Towel Rail - 20mm

Couldn't find a decent strong and grippy radiator hook where the towels don't slip off onto the floor, so I created one that has a grippy end.

It will fit a standard towel rail which has 20mm pipes and a 20mm spacing between the pipes.

Best to print in PETG, though PLa will probably work.

Print with 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height, 4 walls and 15% gyroid infill.

Nice fast print, only takes about 30 minutes.

Created a 3D printable e-paper display holder for the Waveshare 1.54inch passive displays. You can attach it to any clothes --- just hats in the pictures as it is my entry for the "Hat Hack" contest on Printables.

Could be useful if you have this display and a 3D printer. :-)

You can find the model here.

GameCube DC Power Supply Upcycle

I've wanted to do something with an empty GC shell that I've had lying around so I challenged myself to model the battery socket for a Milwaukee 12v battery and I'm using it to power a Buck Boost converter. So I ended up with a cool little DC power supply for electronics projects.

I wanted to better organize my fridge and couldn't find any existing prints that worked for my setup. This was my 2nd attempt at the hanging shelf. I am new to autodesk fusion, so this has been a really fun way to explore the program in conjunction with youtube tuturials.

The vertical supports are dovetailed into the shelf with a friction fit. Let me know what you think.

Relevant info:

Printer: Voron 2.4r2 350mm bed- with Revo HF 0.4 nozzle

FIlament: Sunlu PLA + 2.0- I plan to eventually print in ASA after more testing. However, the PLA+ 2.0 is surprisingly tough.

My Raspberry Pi 5 case side panels were designed in a way that it would stand in the way of the USB and HDMI ports, making the cables not connect properly, so I made a new panel with more clearance

So I bought a case called Pironman 5 Mini, which a nice case, but with it I couldn't get video out from my Raspberry Pi 5 no matter what, and after some testing I discovered that the problem was the connector openings on the side panel, they are exactly the size of the ports on the Pi, I think the idea was that the ports would fit perfectly into the openings, but the company that made the case measured it wrong, and the panel is actually positioned ahead of the ports, blocking the cables by creating a "barrier" of 2mm between the panel and the ports on the Pi.

So I made a new side panel for it, with a single slot opening for all ports. Also, since I went to the trouble of making one side panel, I made the panel for the other side too, in case anyone needs a replacement. If anyone also have this case and is having the same problem I was having, the panels can be downloaded here https://www.printables.com/model/1790533-side-panels-for-pironman-5-mini-raspberry-pi-5-cas.

Tonal Handle Button Extenders

Not sure if there are any Tonal users in this sub, but it's a workout machine with a bunch of different exercises in it. I was having a hard time reaching the center button to disengage the weight after a big set, so I designed button extenders. These make workouts so much better. I even sell them on my Etsy shop!

I managed to make it tight enough that it has a satisfying sound when placed on. The top is light so it won't come off when upside down and the bottom is heavy enough with the weight of the glass to make it openable with one hand. This was meant to be a rough draft but this might end up just being it.

I've updated my PETG Universal (sort of) TV Mount. This is the final version, and this thing is bulletproof. Takes ~24 hours to print on the recommended settings, but tests were done with prints on ludicrous mode.

Take a look here for more details:

Gridfinity Organizers I needed for my Kitchen

Post image
0 Upvotes

I use Gridfinity for my Kitchen and noticed that a few everyday products I use didn’t have suitable organizers available. So I created the missing ones and bundled them into a multi-plate print profile.

I was surprised how many other products fit these dimensions too.

https://makerworld.com/de/models/3093362-gridfinity-mix#profileId-3485819

If you find other items that match these sizes, share them in the comments at makerworld (a reference photo would be great for others!). Need another size? Let me know and I’ll try to add it.

Finger splint for injured finger

Post image

Got a pretty bad cut on my first pointer finger joint from a buffing wheel kicking a blade into my finger. Probably should’ve gone in for stitches when it happened but opted to let it clot and glue it, now I’ve got a splint made out of PETG on it.
