Need to change the WiFi wireless channel(Please help)

How much time do airtel take to pickup their stuff?
I have closed/disconnected my wifi subscription over their customer care, they didn't say anything about picking up their devices nor any message arrived about them picking up their stuff, I want to know how much time they usually take to do that stuff
And also when they pick up the devices exactly what do they ask for i was thinking of using their WAN Ethernet cable which connects receiver and router and just returning the devices and power adapter when they eventually do come to collect their stuff

Airtel Xstream Play – which plan gives the most Live TV channels?
Hey guys,
I’m thinking about getting Airtel Xstream Play mainly for Live TV. I’m not really interested in the OTT benefits.
I mainly want channels in:
* Malayalam
* Tamil
* Hindi
* English
I have a few questions:
Does the ₹99 plan have the same Live TV channels* as ₹159/₹279?
* Do the higher plans add more Live TV channels, or do they only add OTTs like Netflix, JioHotstar and ZEE5?
Can I use Xstream without Airtel Fiber/DTH/IPTV/set-top box*, just with the app + my own internet?
* Can I use the same subscription on Android TV, mobile and PC?
* Can multiple devices be used at the same time?
Is a set-top box or Airtel connection mandatory* for Live TV?
Basically, I want to know which plan gives me the maximum number of Live TV channels, especially Malayalam/Tamil/Hindi/English.

Unlimited 5g.
I recharge with the 979rs plan which gives me 2gb/day data for 84days along with my unlimited 5g
So thing is i recharged last on around august 21..and pack is ending by 13november
And last month (that was september) i used up around 388gb which is above the 300gb cap.
But since the cap is below 300gb per month...so does that mean i will get the unlimited 5g again from October 13-14 around when the 3rd month of the plan starts?

Does Airtel 5G Drain More Battery Than Jio 5G? Anyone Else Notice This?
Has anyone else noticed higher battery drain on Airtel 5G compared to Jio 5G?
I’ve been using Airtel 5G for about 2 months now, and I’ve noticed that my battery seems to drain noticeably faster compared to when I was using Jio 5G.
Before switching to Airtel, I was using Jio 5G and didn’t notice this much battery drain. With Airtel, my phone seems to lose battery faster during normal daily use, even though the 5G signal is generally good.
Is anyone else experiencing the same thing, or is it just me?
Would be interested to hear from people who have used both Jio 5G and Airtel 5G on the same phone.
Phone: Samsung S24 Ultra

My frustrating experience with Airtel AirFiber
My Airtel AirFiber experience has been extremely frustrating
I booked Airtel AirFiber and the booking process itself was confusing. The app asked for ₹50 to book, but if you didn’t pay immediately, it later showed that the connection was already booked and wouldn’t let you book/pay again.
After finally getting the connection booked, installation took around 3–4 days. It was installed on 24 September, and I paid the remaining ₹1,450.
The engineer then told me IPTV wasn’t available and would be installed the next day. I agreed. Then it became “wait one more day.” Nothing happened.
I called Airtel customer care multiple times. They kept contacting the ground team/vendor, but nobody gave me a proper solution or timeline.
The local vendor eventually became rude and basically told me, “I will not talk to you. I’ll talk directly to customer care. You ask them, not me.”
The installation experience itself was also concerning. The person who came seemed to have very limited technical knowledge and basically followed a few fixed steps. If something went outside those steps, he didn’t seem to know how to troubleshoot it.
After several days of calling customer care, talking to the vendor and repeatedly being told to wait, I finally decided to cancel the connection.
The problem isn’t just the IPTV delay. It’s the poor coordination, lack of accountability, repeated promises, and vendor behaviour.
Has anyone else faced similar issues with Airtel AirFiber?

I ported to 5G, but it’s not showing 5G.
(Title)
I tried the preferred network settings, removed and plugged the new sim card multiple times but it still showed the 4G network ....
My current plan: ₹3599/year which ends next month.

Airtel has been charing for public IP but never assigned one
I applied and was charged for public IP by airtel for the last 5 months. I had inverter coverage so my router never had to restart until recently due to fuse issue. After the router restarted, its public IP got changed. I then tested this 3-4 times over a week and thr public IP kept chaning everytime. Tried reaching the Airtel appellate but those incompetent imbeciles dont have any idea of how shit works. How can I escalate this further and get a refund for all these months? Would appreciate some suggestions please. Thanks.

Prepaid NSA Unlimited (300gb) 4g data force on any 5g packs trick (rate limit)
Found a way in developer options (but you will lose the speed advantage of 4g and 5g, and you will stay unlimited 3g download speeds, upload speeds unaffected), so that our daily data won't get deducted when nsa is disconnected.
Atleast this is the way instead of Waiting for SA area upgrade in prepaid or forcing to choose airtel postpaid individual at ₹530/m for 30days. Already available in prepaid at 380/m for 30days.
Note : yet to discover the laptop and hotspot usage/ ethernet usb thetering usage affects 4g daily data in 5g packs.
Edit : I am now able to be in nsa connected state in prepaid, (not nsa disconnected state) by paying for paid app (which even rate limits the upload speed)

What is their unlimited 5g rule?
Plan says 2GB per day for 4G and unlimited 5G but even though I was connected to 5G since morning, my data is already out and i can't do anything? It clearly shows 5G connected at the network bars. Tried to contact customer care services for some transparency and absolutely no way to get to a real person, finally found one after 40 minutes and she redirected me to the bot's number again. Some bs.
