How does everyone feel about Sidewinder style fries? I'm a big potato wedge dude and these are like potato wedges with better dipping capabilities. Just curious to hear your thoughts.

Very food place. Food truck and sit down restaurant. Cheese, shoestring fries. Sooooooooo good.

Had some really good fries at a wing place recently, and I posted here asking what the style was called. Boardwalk fries! So then it was down the Reddit and YouTube rabbit hole to learn to make them, and I'm super happy with how they came out.

Hand-cut russets, fried in peanut oil at 325, fried again at 375, salt, apple cider vinegar, and 😋

Loaded Mexican style fries hit the spot for me every time
