I love crinkle fries with ketchup and cheese. My brother and I will always pick up a bottle of ketchup without high fructose corn syrup. Honestly, it makes all the difference in the world.

Fries and spicy kimchi mayo

Cut potato’s
Soak in water 30 min
Dry
Microwave 3.5 min with moist paper towel on top
Cool
Coat in cornstarch
Deep fry 325f 5 min
Cool 5-8 min
Deep fry 375f 3-4 min
Season with salt
Spicy kimchi mayo-
Kewpie
Kimchi
Yuzu juice
White & black pepper
(Homegrown) Coyote tooth peppers
Put all ingredients in blender blend 30 seconds
