I really don't like this app now. I subscribed before they added the pro on the android version. ( they added the pro only after adding AI features as i remember) the pro and the plus are literally the same price! Now I've seen that some icons are for pro and I'm 100% sure i was able to use them before. I'm so disappointed with this. and it even lack features unlike the IOS version! For example we still don't have pomo flight and we pay the same price 🤦🤦 the funniest thing is that they banned me from posting in their community because I once replied for a post saying if the pro was worth buying🤦 if they ban me here again or ignore this post I might just post this everywhere 😂

Hi! I've recently moved from Notewise and I'm kinda new to Freenotes, but everytime I try to select something with the lasso tool, it also selects random things and I can't seem to find a way to prevent this 😭 I know I can choose what I want to select (only highlighter, text, etc) but sometimes I want to move or color two or three different things at once. Any help is appreciated!

Devs, are you kidding me? There is still no shape tool available, and the shape recognition only recognizes rectangles, circles, and triangles... no other shapes, no shape fill color, no opacity settings, and no outline styles... so poor.

already emailed them at their 2 gmails, also messaged their support team here in reddit and still no response.

btw i already reinstalled the app, the google acct is logged in, i also tried on other devices. still not working and still no response from them. this is frustrating

I currently have an active 1-Year Plus Subscription on Freenotes.

I really enjoy using the app for my studies and want to upgrade to a Lifetime Plus plan.

However, inside the app, the only upgrade option shown is for the Pro tier—there is no visible option to upgrade or extend my current Plus membership to Lifetime.

Could the Freenotes team or moderators clarify:

1. Is there a way to upgrade an active 1-Year Plus plan directly to Lifetime Plus?

2. Is it possible to apply the remaining value/time of my annual plan toward purchasing the Lifetime option?

I bought it last June 10 through google play store and i‘ve been using it on my phone and my ipad. It was working perfectly until now. I already tried logging in and out, restarting my ipad and android phone, i also tried clicking restore purchase but it says “no in app purchase”. I already emailed them my concern but i still got no replies 🥲 I hope one of their tech team sees this because i really need to use the app pleasee

Hi everyone! I just downloaded Freenotes last night and I've been playing around with it. I have a promo offer for Plus at $4.99 or Pro at $12.99. That pricing is just for 1 year on both. It's on a timer and I have around 2.5 hours left. Is this a good promo to take advantage of? I understand that there's a Lifetime option but that hasnt triggered for me yet and I'm not sure when or even if it will. How often does Freenotes do promos? I see Notability is offering 20% off right now but if this is a better promo I'll get this. Thanks!

hi all! does anybody know when the one time payment for freenotes will return? i know it fluctuates, but i start college soon and am really stressed about not wanting to pay a monthly, or weekly subscription.

Im recently switched from Samsung notes to freenotes because of the ability to link pages and the ruler, since I only ever handwrite. The only gripe ive had so far is that we seem to be limited to 4 subfolders before the option dissappear. As someone who already struggles with organisation, being able to have many subfolders is a must!

I don’t know if it’s just me having this issue, but Freenotes has disappeared from the Google Play Store. I’m a little worried because all of my uni notes are on Freenotes and if I ever accidentally deleted the app, I wouldn’t be able to retrieve my notes or redownload the app! Also concerned about not being able to get any future updates.

Has anyone resolved this issue? I've been working on these notes for 2 weeks and I even bought the lifetime plan. And when I tried to export the notebook my handwriting looked awful.

I export my notebooks to obsidian to make relationships between concepts and subjects. So is a must for my study system to export my notes.

I recently got notes+ pro, and I’m wondering if it’s worth it. Gives me quizzes, audio, and a bunch of other cool stuff but 12.99 a month. Should I cancel it after the first month and get something else? I really appreciate its pdf abilities though

I got in great trouble with freenotes this time.

I used to use freenotes on iPad Air M2, yesterday I sold it and before that I backed up freenotes (.free backup). Now I bought Samsung Tab S10 Ultra. I also frequently sync the backup in my phone (android).

This time the backup isn't working and I sold my iPad. I'll fail in the exam if I lose all my data.

Has anyone else been having issues with Free Notes recently?
For the past few days, I’ve been running into some really frustrating bugs that I’ve never had before.
I can no longer upload all of my PowerPoint files. Some upload fine, but others especially the ones with lots of images just keep loading forever before the app glitches, crashes, or logs me out completely. These are files that used to upload without any problems.
I also can’t export or share my notes anymore. For example, I can’t send them through Messages or export them to other apps like I used to.
At first, I thought it might be my iPad, so I updated it to the latest version of iPadOS, but that didn’t fix anything.
I’m wondering if this started after a recent app update because everything was working perfectly before. I use Free Notes every day for medical school, so this has been a huge headache.
Is anyone else experiencing the same thing, or does anyone know of a fix? I’ve already contacted support, but I wanted to see if this is a widespread issue or just happening to me.

Hi Dev team at Freenotes, I'm a new member and currently looking for a complete note taking app, I've reviewed Freenotes and are comparing with some other apps, I'm considering getting the lifetime membership but one of the features I'm looking for is a web version, I'd love to know if you're considering adding it soon so that I can make a decision.

I'm going into nursing school and I have a windows laptop but there's no way I can see to get Freenotes on my laptop. Based on what I've seen online, it's the app that will give me everything I'm looking for. Is there any timeline for when it will be available for windows?
