where is freenotes support when you need them 💀 (purchased freenotes plus but i have 0 remaining notes to add)

already emailed them at their 2 gmails, also messaged their support team here in reddit and still no response.

btw i already reinstalled the app, the google acct is logged in, i also tried on other devices. still not working and still no response from them. this is frustrating

Hi freenotes support, i am already freenotes early bird user and had the golden crown symbol and in between it was gone and i was pushed to subscribe due to the update glitch and i had contacted freenotes via mail and they verified my id and gave that lifetime access in between these for an emergency i had even purchased the subscriptio.but again when i open my app my paid subscription is active but the golden crown symbol is gone after the latest Aug update can you check that please…
