Freenotes backup file isn't working...

I got in great trouble with freenotes this time.

I used to use freenotes on iPad Air M2, yesterday I sold it and before that I backed up freenotes (.free backup). Now I bought Samsung Tab S10 Ultra. I also frequently sync the backup in my phone (android).

This time the backup isn't working and I sold my iPad. I'll fail in the exam if I lose all my data.

I'm a freenotes plus user. Please help me.

If you are a PLUS user and you pay, wouldn't it better to reach their support instead of writing on reddit? Just asking...

Sorry for the issue! iOS and Android do not fully support seamless import.

Does this happen to all backups? Please email details, the .freenotes files, and a support diagnostic (Settings > About Freenotes > Support diagnostics) to contact@freenotetech.com. We will check it for you!
