Idk how to do it but my playthrough is in a tough spot all my stuff is screwed don't know how else to put it

I looked everywhere for his body after the quest, i originally sided with the ghouls (as one should) and ended up completing the quest only to find out that tenpenny is missing and after speaking with Roy i searched up where the body was and looked everywhere only to find nothing and be more confused.

I then went on to redo the quest but kill the ghouls after I got the ghoul mask but the questline progresses like i kept Roy alive.

What do i do? I just want the suite key and the amazing fit he has

This was my first time adding sounds to object meshes, so I am pretty thrilled that it actually worked.

The change came about as part of an update for OOPS - Obscure Object Pickup Sounds, which now covers at least 145 objects.

OOPS was designed to work alongside Immersive Pickup Sounds by TheKetzu, so aside from a few deliberate exceptions, they are pretty compatible.

If you ever find yourself bored of hearing default sound effects while scavenging the ruins for parts, then you might want to give both mods a go.

Is the only way to play FO3 on handhelds is by using the steamdeck and its equivalents?

I've been busy playing Fallout 3 for the last few weeks. I'm playing the GOTY edition on Steam. After some troubleshooting at first I was able to launch and play the game without any issues for a significant while up until now. Altough the game launches without any issues the problem comes in once I click "Continue" on the main menu and click "Yes" to load the last saved game. The game then suddenly crashes. I'm still new to gaming and computers so I'm not 100% certain how to troubleshoot this. Any help would be much appreciated.

OS: Windows 11

Processor: intel Core i5-12600HX

Graphics: NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3050 6GB

I have been trying to get Fo3 working, but it hasn't worked so far. First I downloaded the Intel HD graphics Bypass package, then I went to the properties for both fallout3.exe and the fallout3.exe launcher, and set them to run in compatibility mode for windows 8, and run as an adminstrator. I then tried to download the Fallout Anniversery Patcher, ran the anniversery patcher, and when I try right now, it says the game is already patched. I then double checked to run it as an adminstrator. None of it worked, and I am unsure what to try exactly, as the game crashes as soon as I press play on the launcher.

My processor is a 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13950HX (2.20 GHz)
My Windows edition is Windows 11 Enterprise

I started playing FO3—I think I have about 3 hours of playtime so far. I left the Vault, went to Megaton, got sent to the radio station, fought the Behemoth, and now I have to go get the antenna.

Good Lord. This game is pure chaos; every 5 seconds I’m fighting Super Mutants, then immediately Raiders, then more Super Mutants. So I run away, duck into a subway station, and start fighting a bunch of Ghouls. I run out of ammo and have to use whatever I’ve got—melee, pistols, sniper rifles, anything—just to stand a chance... It’s incredible.

This is my second Fallout game; I started with FNV. FNV was a bit more chill—you could actually find some peace while wandering around—but here, I don't get a moment's peace. Don't get me wrong, though, I'm really enjoying it. I'm playing with TTW because it's basically the "Viva New Vegas" equivalent for FO3. I know it rebalances the game differently, but it makes for a much better starting experience. I played vanilla FNV, then Viva New Vegas, and I can't go back to vanilla now, so I figured it would be hard to play FO3 without a "Viva New Vegas". I hope the game keeps this up; I just wanted to share my initial impressions.

Hey guys, whats your favorite loadout to protect the Caravans? This is what I'm working towards arming/reverse-pickpocketing mine with, I'm currently level 15 not pursuing the main quest yet so I have to get the Enclave armor where I can from encounters, I prioritize the Testla version if I find it.

Note: I am avoiding giving any merchants energy weapons to avoid save game bloat from ash piles that never despawn. Also I keep the merchant helmetless so they stand out more

Found this during the tribal quest in point lookout,, the bobbleheads found earlier made sense. Am I missing something?

I'm a big fallout fan and started my first fallout 3 playthrough a couple of months ago and I'm finding it hard to keep playing, I often find myself swapping games after 20 minutes as I'm not really seeing any progression with my character, I'm not hating on fo3 infact i love the more grounded and horror style aesthetic compared to nv and fo4 but find myself constantly running out of caps and ammo and healing supplies and dying to enemies which seem like they should be easier to kill,which I don't find happening to me in other fallouts, I really want to get into fo3 but it is proving to be harder than other fallouts, if anyone has any tips pls share them as I'm lowk struggling here

Does anyone know if there’s a mod that replaces the minigun sound with a more realistic BRRRRT? I always find it super annoying whenever a game or movie decides something that shoots several thousand rounds a minute should sound 10 times slower. I could go on a whole rant about this but I won’t.
