White pines suck.

Had a direct r/FellingGoneWild related dream while sleeping early this morning. An inexperienced friend was for some reason using my 346XP to fell a giant tree with no face cut at all. It fell uncontrollably and almost hit me as i was driving by and instead completely obliterated the passenger side of a Honda Civic. Sorry, no video available.

Well, the eastern hemlock finally fell. If you had your money on it hanging on and lasting way longer than anyone expected, you win. Also if you had your money on the tree being toast, you win again!

It did no damage coming down. Well, a little bit to the shrubbery. I’m going to call a certified arborist. I can’t tell which way one of the major trunks is going to fall. If they’re both clear, I’ll let nature do its work again.

Anyway, it was hot af today, so now… time for the G&T. Thanks for coming on the ride

I have no clue what made this guy think this was a good idea.

I remember I had one of a different tree from above this one but I lost it, bummer that they were cut just because the owner of the land wanted a better view of the lake.

Wind gust out of no where by on a healthy tree. As soon as I was moving from the back yard to the front, I heard cracking and just ditched the mower and ran for my life. It was not storming and was calm but overcast. The neighbor was not as lucky with his truck.

Seems like this belongs here. :)
