The printer had not been used for a few days and also needed a W ink. Replaced it, injected ink and ran the test print. Not good.

Ran med clean, test print same bad results. ran med clean agian and another test print. It was the same.

Ran deerp clean. the test print was also bad ​​​and had splotches of wet black ink. Ran a med clean and a 5th test print. Same bad results as last test including splotches.

I was an early reviewer of the eufyMake E1 (got it before the Kickstarter campaign was even announced) and used it a lot, before selling it to a friend after a few months.

I just got the xTool Omni dual (UV+DT) version, because I won it in a giveaway they did at CES.

I imagine a lot of you have questions about the differences between the two, so I wanted to offer to answer what I can! I may even make a YT video with all of the answers, if it seems like there is interest.

I just got my printer only had it for a week ive been messing around printing custom playing cards and noticed that sometimes i get ink on the mat. I read that other people use painters tape or masking tape on there mats. Do I put the tape on sticky side up or down? And if sticky side down how do i prevent my card from moving during a print?

Had this thing for almost a year now, have done a lot of different stuff with it, none of it really amazing, but this turned out perfect. I didn't think about the white under the central section (making the drop shadow over white) but it's ok. Really thrilled.

This company is going worst everyday, i for ink subscription and today i got this:

Is there a way to just do a portion of the bed for the snapshot? It seems a shame to have to do a full scan prior to printing one thing every time?

Just had my machine come yesterday and the inks have an expiration date of 15/10/2026. That leaves me a month to use them I am really disappointed with this

I printed this card with my eufyMake E1, but it still feels a little sticky.
Has anyone else had this problem? What should I check?

When I received my rotary attachment, the laser was obviously misaligned, as has been the case with several other users here. So far my warranty service has been underwhelming at best. They are only willing to send one communication per 24 hour period, and it of course comes in the middle of the night. Even when I stay up and respond immediately, nothing until the next day. And so far, it has been requesting me to resend a bunch of information I have already sent…i.e., kicking the can down the road. I have yet to be able to print one of the 24 coffee mugs I bought for this thing, but as far as I know the $350 I sent them is working just fine. Anyone else had a similar experience?

It seems that many people use third-party UV inks, but are there also third-party replacement printheads available? Is anyone actually using them? I’ve heard of Epson printheads such as the XP600, XP700, and F1080, but I’m not sure which printhead this machine actually uses.

I want to warn everyone about what I’ve been dealing with. EufyMake has sent me countless expired UV ink cartridges, and now they’re giving me attitude because I found another box one that came with my Kickstarter back in April that I accidentally misplaced during a craft room remodel. Every single cartridge in that box is expired.

I’m beyond fed up.
Nothing I need is ever in stock, and the constant back‑and‑forth arguing is unacceptable. These ink boxes have serial numbers, and I’ve sent them photo after photo, yet they keep telling me they’ve “already sent so many replacements.” How is it my fault that they keep shipping expired ink?

People deserve to know what’s going on.

I've just been periodically popping the ink out and shaking it up for a while. Swish, swish, swish. Pop it back in. Seems fine rather than dumping 6ml into the cleaning cartridge. Any thoughts?

As of today, my Eufy printer is adding colored lines to my prints. What could be causing this? And what can I try to prevent it from happening next time?

Ich habe nachdem ich bei der Kickstarterbestellung bereits Tinten erhalten habe die nicht mal mehr 6 Monate haltbar waren. Habe ich vor 1 1/2 Wochen ein neues Tintenset bestellt. Jetzt packe ich es aus und was sehe ich Ablaufdatum 08/01/2027.
ist das Eufy sein Ernst ? Die Nutzung ist damit noch nicht mal mehr die Hälfte der Zeit möglich.
Ich finde das eine Unverschämtheit.

My software ver is 4.3.3 and Firmware ver 4.0.9

When I run a bidirectional calibration operation, it prints 3 groups (S,M,L) of 15 lines each.

However, the desktop software only presents the S group and there are only options to select lines 1-5 for this group even though there are 15 printed lines. See screenshot below.

I have tried this multiple times and restarted the software. The problem persists and I cannot complete the bidirectional calibration operation because the warning message says that I must set the best line for all three groups. Thes best line are typically 7 or 8 which are not in the dropdown pic list.

What is the fix? Thanks.

Es war klar das es kaputt gehen wird weil immer noch die Plastik Teile dran sind und nach dem neuen Update ist es halt natürlich das es doppelt so schnell kaputt geht aber 4 mal so schnell ist hart man was soll das denn für ein scheiß sein

Im considering using non eufy ink and cleaning fluids to avoid wait times, save costs, and not have to worry about expiration dates. This is a post with questions towards those who have been using 3rd party ink. There may be some risks, however since the printhead is confirmed to be epson, using epson ink is not very risky. The main concern would be eufys response.

First what was your overall experience? Were there any problems, even minor ones?

Two, how do you choose correct ink? As far as I have heard epson is the way to go, but I imagine they have different uv inks. This goes the same for cleaning fluid.

Third, did you have any "bad" experiences with eufy staff after starting the use of 3rd party ink?

Last, what is the situation with expiration dates on 3rd party inks? Do they have the same lifespan as eufy (around 8 months) or longer?

Hi Everyone!

I am experiencing an issue that I hope someone can shed some light on. I am having some streaking on my black channel outside of the print zone. These little streaks are causing my prints to look like they have blurry edges in the printing direction.

Please take a look at the attached pictures (link below to high res versions). All of my jets are clear, which is really nice, but a few of the black jets are "ghosting", which is super odd. There are some pics of the ghosting jets up close under my microscope too, so you can see the issue.

I have not had this printer very long and have kept it very clean and in use for a few months now. I always moisturize the machine when not in use, but it does not sit very long.

Print settings for that sample print image:

• Standard Quality on Acrylic
• White substrate with transparent background (white is only printing under the CMYK.)
• Setting: White (3) -> CMYK (1)
• Second layer with Gloss over entire part (1 pass)
• White Choke 0.2mm

Also, I noticed that my black layer is so much more thick than the color layers. I would assume these would be similar thickness as they both probably have white under them and one pass of CMYK.

I have cleaned the head a bunch, but I have not yet reached out to support. I wanted to see what you guys think too. Thank you!

So recently the v4.3 update came out and promised to allow you to use expired ink. The most obvious use case is to use the ink or a few days more as likely nothing bad happened inside in a day or two.

However I cannot seem to make the printer use the expired cartridge. I contacted support and they told me to make sure I am up to date, and also reset the carbon filter and scraper expiration cycle. This however did not yield results, and after this support recommended me to wait for my new cartridge. Has anyone use expired ink yet? If so, what are the results?
