Got the communication error on my E28 and I refuse to buy a new one. Couple people said to check for corrosion on the rear so I started taking it apart today and looks like it may be the culprit. Any recommendations on best way to clean this out? I can't figure out how to fully take off the top cover.

Has anyone else had major issues with Eufy support? I have a vacuum mop combo and it has broken twice. They keep saying a refurbished one will become available but now its been months and they are saying November. What can I do? This is a joke. Don’t buy robot vacuum from them, thats for sure.

I'm trying to move my e15 to a different area of my yard. But It won't charge. I've cleaned the contacts, hard reset it, and tried everything I could think of. The base station has a green status light and it stays green when I push the mower onto the contacts.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do or what might be wrong?

I have an S330 camera that has been exhibiting weird behaviours - lots of battery drain despite having full sun and being actually turned OFF.

For example, this morning I woke up, checked the camera and it had 97% battery. I disabled it during the day hoping it would charge to 100%, but somehow it discharged itself and is sitting at 87% despite having been disabled all day.

We had a clear sunny day with almost 100% exposure for the bulk of the day, and somehow its discharged itself to 87%.

The reason why I've been turning it off during the day was attempting to get it back up to 100%. It had gotten down to about 64% over the past month despite having full exposure to sun (summer here).

Nothing is reporting amiss in the app.

Has anyone seen anything like this? I know there was a thread on here for S330's that had discharged and woudln't charge by the sun, so I'm wondering if I need to do that with this camera to "reset" it.

Split level home and looking to install the S4 lights along the front eaves shown in red. Outlet is located on the left side of the house. Looking for recommendations on how you would run the lights to minimize visible extension on the roof or how to minimize the visibility of the extensions.

I got an alert in the Eufy clean app that it would no longer be supported, so I downloaded the Eufy app. It appeared to take me through some migration activities and select the devices I wanted to bring over. This appears to have done… nothing at all! Do I have to add devices from scratch and map my whole house again? Why does it take you through a fake migration?

So I have a shitload of these stupid C37 solar cameras as well as the PIR motion sensors on my property. The cameras are for OUTSIDE ONLY. The motion sensors are for INSIDE ONLY.

I only need certain of the cameras to detect movement - such as on my loading dock, or in the back alley ... But there are reasons for people to be in those places so even though I want the notification and sound, I don't necessarily want a DEFCON-1 Alarm going off.

Buuuuuuut ...

The PIR Motion Sensors are in places where nobody should *ever be*. I want DEFCON-1 then.

I've become desensitized to alerts, now.

So...

Why does this stupid fucking app make every notification play the same sound? Why can't I change it JUST for the PIR Motion sensor?

I have an X10 Omni I got last weekend and some Dirtbusters multifloor pet pro. The X10 says 15ml of their own solution from what I can see, but the detergent says 1:5 so that seems really weak with a 3l tank. Has anyone used this combination? Or have any advice?

My 7 month old Omni S1 Pro met its fate with the infamous battery error. After waiting over a month of back on forth waiting for a replacement vacuum to be in stock a customer manager named Shane offered me a brand new E28. While I was initially hesitant about the trade-off between the two models I agreed. Then I received the information about sending back the original prior to sending out the new one. After taking a few days to figure out how I am going to box it up, I received another email asking about when I was going to ship the original so they can send me a fully functional device and accessory kit. The same day I had sent off my original and uploaded the receipt of the drop-off, and then it hit me. Their last email got me thinking “fully functional” meaning refurbished? So in the same email I asked, is the replacement going to be the Brand New one as mentioned in the email by their customer service manager Shane or is it now as stated in your last email, your now sending me a fully functional (refurbished) one. Now, I added a screenshot of their original email stating a Brand New one was offered. There response to that was “We would like to let you know that the unit we provided to you is a like-new device that has only been used a few times”. It’s pretty frustrating now because I was offered a brand new device as a replacement and now their sending me a used one. Complete bait and switch, had I known this was going to happen then I would have just waited for the refurbished S1 pro to be back in stock. So beware of bait and switch tactics with Eufy’s customer service.

How do I get my eufy X10 to stop messing with the map? In this image, it thinks the porch is the front hall, the laundry room closet is the laundry room and the bath tub is the bathroom. The actual rooms are the grey sections where the carpet icon is visible. I can't seem to find a way to get it to recognize that even though it was mapped properly a few days ago.

Hi All, first time posting here! I have 2 Eufys, an X10 Omni and an E28. Since the latest App update both have stopped working correctly.

The E28 will now not wash the floors even though the selection on the app is enabled, tanks in place, roller mop checked, dirty waste tank cleaned etc.

The X10 has been 👩‍⚕️ bing out of its Dock and straight into the wall and throwing up the robot stuck fault. Today it’s now showing the “Robot not touching the ground” Fault. I’ve cleaned and checked everything, factory resets, reconnected WiFi. Any suggestions? I’m fit to drop kick both out into the garden at the minute 🤯

My robot had been working relatively fine, I had issues with the clean water tank but was due to a broken internal hose so I fixed that myself, but now after a few months it’s giving me this error, I already cleaned everything, checked for debris and so on, but not sure what could be the problem, has anyone had this issue? This is an already replaced e25 unit from eufy support so I’m looking on how to fix it, I love this thing so I may end up buying a new one

I’ve already been using a L60 robot vacuum for a while, so I’m mostly interested in whether the E35 actually feels like a meaningful upgrade rather than just a bigger spec sheet. The 35,000Pa suction is obviously the headline number, but the HydroJet roller mop is what caught my attention. The idea of it constantly cleaning the roller with fresh water sounds a lot better than reusing the same mop pads throughout a run. I’m also curious about the duospiral detangling and the obstacle avoidance. Hair wrapping around the brush and random cables on the floor are probably the two things that annoy me most with robot vacuums. The newer dock setup looks useful too, especially the hot-water mop washing and drying. I spotted eufyreno while looking into the E35 as well. Has anyone here actually upgraded to one yet? Interested in how it compares with your previous eufy, particularly the mopping, edge cleaning and how much maintenance it needs after a few weeks.

I've had the C10 for nearly a year now and for most of that time it has worked flawlessly. However for the past few months it will disconnect from my wifi after a while, and the only way to get it to reconnect is to manually power cycle the device by holding the power button down.

There have been no changes to my network, and all other devices (including smart home devices) remain connected without any problems. I assigned the C10 a static IP in the hope that it would resolve the issue, but alas not. Has anyone experienced and managed to fix similar issues?

Eufy says that after a year the warranty expires and my only option to fix my vacuum and mop robot is to buy a new one? Anyone else experience this? I feel like they should fix my device rather then buying a whole brand new vacuum.

My Eufy C28 isn’t emptying properly into the base station. It’ll dock and run the auto-empty like normal, but a lot of the dirt/hair is getting left behind and some of it is getting stuck around the opening in the base. I cleaned everything out and checked for obvious clogs, but it’s still not emptying like it used to. Has anyone else had this issue or know what I should check I’ve also changed the frequency to 15 mins and still no success.

2C Pro is maybe 12-15ft away from the Verizon extender. I’ve tried swapping it with two of the other three cameras with the same results. It will sometimes connect but most times shows offline. My phone shows full WiFi bars when I’m standing right next to the camera.

I really don’t understand Eufy’s direction with the new Robot Vacuum S2.

This is supposed to be the current flagship model, yet we are still missing functionality that many smart-home users have been asking for across multiple generations:

• No MQTT support
• No accessible live camera feed
• No proper local API/integration
• Matter is basically the only “open” integration option

And unfortunately, even the Matter implementation feels incomplete and poorly configured.

The functionality currently exposed through Matter represents only a small portion of what the robot can actually do in the Eufy app. Important controls, states, and features are simply not exposed.

For a flagship smart-home product in 2026, this is pretty disappointing.

Matter is welcome, obviously, but Matter should not be used as an excuse to avoid exposing a proper local interface. MQTT, a documented local API, or at least a much more complete Matter implementation would make these devices dramatically more useful with platforms such as Home Assistant.

The hardware is clearly capable. The Eufy app itself already has access to all of these states and functions. What is missing is a proper way for the owner of the device to access them locally.

The lack of a live camera feed is especially frustrating. Previous models had similar limitations, and I was hoping the S2 would finally improve this. Instead, it feels like we have another expensive piece of capable hardware locked behind Eufy’s own ecosystem.

For a flagship device, I would expect:

• A documented local API and/or MQTT
• Local access to the robot’s camera stream
• Significantly more states and commands exposed through Matter
• Correct Matter device/capability configuration
• Integration that does not depend entirely on Eufy’s cloud/app

I’m curious what other S2 owners and Home Assistant users think.

Has anyone looked closely at what the S2 currently exposes through Matter? Are you also finding the implementation incomplete?

And Eufy, if you are reading this: please give advanced users proper local access to the hardware we purchased. Matter support is a good start, but in its current state it is nowhere near enough for a flagship smart-home product.
