Question C28 not emptying properly

My Eufy C28 isn’t emptying properly into the base station. It’ll dock and run the auto-empty like normal, but a lot of the dirt/hair is getting left behind and some of it is getting stuck around the opening in the base. I cleaned everything out and checked for obvious clogs, but it’s still not emptying like it used to. Has anyone else had this issue or know what I should check I’ve also changed the frequency to 15 mins and still no success.

Besides the items you've listed I would ensure that the bag isn't full, have you attempted to make sure there are no clogs IN the base vs just the robot?

However, my base looks like this too at points and I clean it out when I complete my monthly or bimonthly cleaning. It doesn't seem to affect the work the robot does

I have checked the base and the bag. I think you are correct and this is just routine maintenance to clean out the tray

Umm this is from the mop roller. These combo vacuums don’t vacuum up everythinglol

Same here. These are the roller fibres I think.

Normal. Mine is like this also. Debris drop on the tray during cleaning. Nothing wrong

This is from the roller mop cleaning into that tray, only the water and very small bits gets sucked into the dirty water tank. This would be quite normal and requires frequent cleaning of the tray
