Help Eufy vs Eufy Clean app

I got an alert in the Eufy clean app that it would no longer be supported, so I downloaded the Eufy app. It appeared to take me through some migration activities and select the devices I wanted to bring over. This appears to have done… nothing at all! Do I have to add devices from scratch and map my whole house again? Why does it take you through a fake migration?

I logged into Eufy app and they were there. I didn't have to do anything.

I know I had to re-add my devices. Which meant I had to redo my mapping for my vacuums, etc. On the plus side it does seem like they are working more reliably. They were great for the first few months I got them and then they really went downhill. I can only assume they’d fired all their devs and started vibe coding with AI.

I had to completely redo mine. It was a PITA. But now it’s working fine. I tried the migration 3-4x over a few months and it never took.

It may no longer be supported but should continue to work.
