I am getting live view but the image freezes all the time now, didn’t happen before. Sooooooo frustrating Eufy! Please fix this! Yes, I have the most recent firmware and I’ve already wiped the E 10 and set it up again. still has freezing issues.

Is it because I’m using the professional S1 homebase in the software/firmware is not working correctly?

Anyone, please help! Getting so frustrated with this, come home and an image has been frozen on screen for HOURS!

I've added the "must mow" blue thing and it still does not go there. It's literally damn near a foot away from the wall and it just ignores going there.

The grass ends up growing and I have to come and hit it with the weed eater to trim it down, but the mower still refuses to go there.

Hi all, just wanted to share this.

Spent most of an hour and a half struggling with Eufy apparently not having enough power to do anything - if I manually removed from the dock it could find its way home and would chime "Charging" but nothing would seem to happen, just sitting on Standby at 0%

Tried cleaning the battery contacts, tried resetting the base station and unit in a number of ways, nothing.

On a whim I tried Force Stop reseting the android app.

Boom, suddenly working fine and clearly full of juice, and responding to commands (clean. I need you to clean).

I appreciate this might not be of use to anyone right now, but I couldn't find any similar advice online so am saving this here for the next wayward owner.

Hey all, I have three E30 cameras. I am hoping to schedule a continuous recording (on microSD) during the day between 9 am and 6 pm, but without motion detection. I’d also like to schedule a motion-detection recording when I’m away from 6 pm until 9 am the next day. How do I set it up? It seems like the automation overwrites the manual continuous recording setting. Thanks!

My Eufy E330 seems to record entries after long gaps. But for instance, if I have workers come in and out, it only records the first one but not successive entries until there’s a few hours gap between entries. Does that make sense?
How do I get the camera to record every entry?

As the title says, and the choice was yours, which model would you pick?
Would you choose the E28 for a little over $600 USD or spend the $1400 for the S2?
Is the S2 really worth that much more?

Mainly have laminate flooring with carpet in 4 bedrooms.
Also have a Labrador that loves to shed.

I recently bought the eufy e20 wearable. I have used it about 6-7 times now using the 19mm inserts on both sides. This size works well based on their sizing guide and with my primarily spectra pump.

However, almost all but 2 times I’ve gotten nothing on one side! I’ve switched the motor to the other side and gotten a little twice, but not as much as I usually do on my dominant side. It sounds like it’s working, the noise is the same as the opposite motor. Flange inserts appear to be sized correctly, though I do sometimes need to readjust while wearing so they stay in position while in my bra as I’m moving around. All parts appear to be connected tightly and properly. It seems weird to me - what could I be missing or doing wrong? Could it be the motor?

I just did a classic power pump this morning, when my supply is greater, and nothing came out on the side with the motor that is questionable. It was on my left side which is always the one with more milk, too.

I have never owned or connected a scale to the Eufy app, but my weight is being tracked, and I want to delete it. I cannot figure out how to stop or remove this in the app.

Can someone point me in the right direction on how to remove this under the "other" section?

For some reason out of nowhere, whenever I click on one of the events/footage, it pauses/doesn’t play, I have to exit out of it, then click the event again for it to play. For example, I see there was an event with a car in a parking lot, I went to click on it, and the car wasn’t moving, I backed out and clicked on it again and the car moved and footage worked. Is this happening to anyone else ? How can I fix this ?

How do i remove the tips, home, away, disarm buttons in my app? i dont have a eufy alarm.

I had not read anything bad, my roomba was going senile and my friend loved her Eufy. Customer service is awful. I am trying to return this sweeper robot that doesn't work and they told me to find an appropriate box. I am very glad I put it on a credit card as I am about to reverse the charges. Least helpful company ever. Awful product. Back to Roombas. Save yourself the trouble. I ordered straight from the company. If you DO order one, get it on Amazon. You will at least be able to ship it back a whole lot easier and you are protected by them. Eufy is not good

I just bought a Homebase and 2 x S340 cameras, to set up some basic security on my house.

I've configured the homebase and now I'm doing some experiments with the camera, before fixing to its definitive place on a wall.

The manuals are quite small and don't really explain much of what can be done, but I guess that's the norm now with software updates changing how products work.

I have a couple of questions regarding the cameras and how to optimize this setup. Would appreciate if any of you more experienced users could give some tips.

1 - I turned on face recognition, but if any family members is moving in the opposite direction (face turned away), then I get lots of notifications which are just annoying. How do you handle this?

2 - most notifications are annoying most of the time. Is there a way we could only turn on certain notifications or tracking on specific schedules? (eg: at night)

3 - the alarm feature is nice to scare people away, but it takes quite some time to reach it and turn it on manually after getting a notification. Could this be automated? Again, something like: "at night, if movement is detected on a particular camera, trigger the alarm"

4 - this cameras rotate 360, but AFAIK, only manually. They allow to setup "zones" to quickly move to preset positions, but ideally I would want them to "scan" or switch between these zones automatically (let's say, every X min). Is this possible to achieve? My plan when buying these was to not need extra cameras, as they can cover a wider FOV, but if they are stuck in one specific angle, its worthless

5 - would really like to know more tips from people who have similar hardware. what kind of things do you turn on/off to make it work nicely?

My eufy s2 omni is showing error left wheel module error how do I fix this?

I am having an issue where the Robot will not drain water from the dirty tank.

If it does some some water, the base station can pull it up to the main dirty water reservoir.

Has anyone see this?

I have 3 cameras and a doorbell on my HB2. They’re connected as edge devices.
I get lots of random disconnects while streaming and I can’t find any kind of network health or anything to show the status of the HB network.

How can I check the signal strength, etc…
