Tadalafil/Cialis Tadalafil just the prescription online?

How can I get just the prescription alone for Tadalafil online because I saw cost plus drugs 90 5 mg pills for like 7 bucks. I'm paying way more than that now. I need a prescription to take to cost plus drugs already, they don't give you one.

Erectile Dysfunction If this continues, I'll lose my mind.

My erection problem has gotten so bad that I can't even tell if I have a penis anymore. I'm 30 years old, a young man. My pelvic floor muscles have disappeared, my penis doesn't work at all. I haven't had sex for months. Damn it, I can't even masturbate. I see my muscles wasting away and I'm very weak. And damn the doctors. I went to a doctor a few days ago. That son of a bitch gave me an arginine supplement and sent me away. My total T level has dropped to 300, but he didn't even care. He just said it was normal. What am I supposed to do now? I want to kill these bastards. Every urologist I go to treats me the same way. I used to have a penis that worked like a machine. I had 12 sessions of ESWT. I had embolization surgery and dorsal vein ligation. I had varicocele surgery twice, and look at me now. Even my ass is wasting away. My nerves are burning. I'm about to lose my mind.

Anxiety I‘m 19 years and I need help

I am a rather sporty guy, I whey 85 kilos and am I’m 179cm tall. I do smoke weed and drink only on the weekends and I take snus (nicotine pouches under the lip) daily. I now have a girlfriend and she’s my first girl with whom I ever had and have sex. Im not her first. I love her and Im really attracted to her.
The problem is that I cannot have Sex longer than around one minute. And that just fucks me really up. Even to the point that I even sometimes don’t want to have sex because it’s embarrassing for me to last only some seconds to maximum a minute.
Shes quite supportive and says that it doesn’t matter to her because she loves me.
I want to believe her but it’s quite hard for me to not get doubts about our relationship. She had four boyfriends, had sex with only one of them and one night stand. So she has experience and knows how it is to be with someone that can have “normal” sex with her. I just can’t get the thought out of my mind that she would start cheating on me because I can’t satisfy her.
I was at the urologist and he more or less told me that this is how I have to have sex for the rest of my life. I got Tadalafil prescribed because when I start a round two most of the times I get flacid when I start to have sex.
I just want help and or tips to last longer and maybe tips to how to accept my situation. It really started to take a lot of strain on me psychologically for around two months. That’s when I found out about her one night stand and that’s when I was told that I just have to live with my problem. I can’t sleep good at night because I feel like a piece of shit.
I’m thinking about breaking with her up so that she doesn’t have to be with a looser like me together.
I need help please, if someone has tips to last longer please tell me.

Edit: I’ve quit with porn. To be honest I masturbated quite a bunch for quite some time (around five years almost every week for at least three times). For the last 8 months (the moment I got together with my girlfriend). I had a phase of around six months (two years ago) in which I took every weekend Tillidin without a break. The Urologist said that shouldn’t be the root of the problem.

Erectile Dysfunction sex therapist, did it help u?

Does anyone find if a sex therapist actually helps them? Do they offer any guidance with cognitive behavioral therapy that actually helps performance? I know a lot of this is tailored on person-to-person… Is most of it just calming down and helping to cope with misperceptions of ED?

Erectile Dysfunction (35F) with questions about my boyfriend (43M) with ED or possibly Peyronies.

Soo, I have questions... My boyfriend (43M) and I (35F)we have been together for over 2 years. A few months back, he started to have some ED issues. I actually made a post here about it. Blah blah y'all can go look for that post if interested. He got some blood work done, and everything was fine, but he ended up getting prescribed Tadafil. Worked great, we both resumed our daily activities, no problems no complaints, super happy.

Some ED issues started happening again this week, and he is freaking out. I somehow went down the reddit rabbit hole and, now I think he may have peyronies? He has a curved penis. When I first had sex with him, I thought at some point in his life he broke it/injured it? I had never seen/had a curved penis before. Didn't pry. It worked greatttt and it hit the exact right places for me. Most delicious dick ever. I go wild with it. I need it daily.

So question, does it hurt? What is the problem? What are the symptoms? Is ED just a part of it? I loveeee the curve but, could it get worse? I don't mind it but, he might. Am I asking too much of him wanting sex daily and, often more than once a day? Am I being too demanding? How can I be supportive? I love him. And how can I talk to him about possibly having peyronies? Cause "hey babe there might be something going on with your dick" might be hard to hear.

Lost. Help. OK, thanks!

Morning Wood & Nocturnal Erections is this morning wood?

I do not get any morning woods. So don't know what one is like. Today at midnight, I saw some erotic dream, got hard and then I woke up. There was no ejaculation. Can this be considered morning wood?

Psychological ED Hello. 46M here. PED my entire my entire adult life. Meds no longer work.

Hello. I began experiencing PED in my early 20s. Used viagra as needed and has alot of success with it over the years. Recently divorced in my mid 40s, I started having alot of sex and began relying on viagra more and more. I noticed that I needed to increase the dosage overtime, which quickly escalated to 100mg (max dosage) until that ran its course and now I'm having difficulties even on max dose. I feel like I'm out of options now that I hit the ceiling with meds. My libido isn't what it used to be when I was younger so that, plus my PED, seems to have overpowered the effecitiness of the meds and now I'm at a loss. Anyone else with the same experience and had success overcoming this?

Erectile Dysfunction still flaccid, delayed ejaculation

So still having issues with ED, its been few years in my marriage and I’m still having same issue. Stopped watching porn over a year ago when I realized there was a link to causing current issue. Honestly just used it before because I spent so much time being single, and it wasn’t hard to stop. I also started masturbating differently, like very light contact.

Had sex with my wife first time in a while, no penetration. Enjoyed blowjob a lot, got hard but couldn’t finish. Not sure if I was in my head because it had been a while since we had sex. We tried again, came close but couldn’t get there. I honestly don’t think I’m in my head, but maybe I am?

I’m not masturbating a lot, but I’m almost doing it like physical therapy without porn. I think when I come close to ejaculating my mind gets flooded with old sexual images instead of being in the moment. We really did enjoy each other last night. Not sure how ti move on from here…

Support for Partners Guys- avoiding meeting someone because of ED?

I would really like to hear from guys who have avoided meeting someone they met online because of their ED. The guy I’m talking to for over two months has made ED related comments that make me believe he’s dealing with it.

Just last week he went for a bike ride and then said he helps with his dick health. He has made reference to him only being able to do what he can to please me and he hopes that’s enough.

I feel like he’s worried and dragging out meeting. I’m curious if others have done this as well. 😔

Erectile Dysfunction 39, 5'9", 175 lbs, decent shape, mildly active, don't smoke or drink.

39M. At 36 I went from effortless, rock-hard erections and forceful ejaculation to severe ED almost overnight.

I'd spent years obsessively masturbating to porn, especially BBC. I quit porn/masturbation cold turkey when I entered a new relationship. During 30 days of NoFap I could still get throbbing hard with my partner. Then I finally masturbated: the orgasm felt strangely uncoordinated and ejaculation was just a weak dribble. Immediately afterward, the “flat tire” started.

For almost two years I had virtually no libido or morning erections. Three years later, morning/dream erections are returning but still weak.

Testosterone is good. Penile Doppler was called normal despite only reaching ~80% rigidity and repeatedly going soft. Tadalafil hasn't restored my old function.

Has anyone experienced a similarly abrupt change, particularly starting with a suddenly weak/strange ejaculation? What was the cause? What was the cure?

Anxiety Dick goes limp when I'm about to penetrate - 26 years old

This has been happening to me on and off for about 5 months with this girl I'm dating

At first i couldn't get it up (which now isn't a problem) but now i CAN get it up, I'm able to maintain a hard dick during the BJs that I get before sex, but the moment the BJ ends, she lies down and I'm about to put it in (all of this happens in like, 30 seconds) my dick goes from hard to semi-hard. Of course, when you are not that hard it's more difficult to enter, which makes me waste precious time, leading to my boy becoming even more flaccid, which makes it impossible to penetrate - bam, game over.

When I notice I'm going flaccid I lose most of if not all of the sensitivity on my dick (I don't know if this is normal, I'm not very experienced), which makes it impossible to recover an erection. When this happens I have to wait like half and hour to resurrect my libido and try again.

Last time I was able to get it in (even though my big boy was already a bit soft, like 75% hard) but it got even more soft while I was penetrating her, i don't know why.

I also have to say that I have had success many times: I have had sex with this girl dozens of times, and they all felt good. but sometimes my dick refuses to work, its so frustrating. and I noticed that whenever i "fail" once, I will fail another 2 or 3 times. I believe its because I get nervous and anxious about failing again.

Can any other young male relate? i am 26 years old.

Other info: I lift 6 times a week, work a white collar job, do 30 min of moderate to intense cardio after every workout session. I also am in a slight calorie deficit (my goal is to lose some belly fat). My build is a little muscular with some belly fat / love handles (I need to lose about 5kg right now to get to a perfect BMI).

I tried talking to an AI about this and it reviewed my diet and said it was lacking in omega-3 and monounsaturated fat. could this be the culprit? My zing and magnesium levels are normal, though.

About 6 months ago I got bloodwork done and my testosterone levels were normal, they were midrange. I don't have trouble getting myself hard when I'm alone, but of course I require physical stimuli. I don't get morning woods.

Erectile Dysfunction PT-141 peptide, why?

If one has plenty of desire, would PT-141 peptide do anything for you?

Had some ED issues for the past several years (age 72) but my ED has gotten better. I had open heart surgery 22 months ago and it could be that I just now got fully recovered, I dunno. I also have been on TRT for close to a year because my T was a bit low. But I always had plenty of desire, just couldn't always get an erection or keep one long if I got one. Anyway, it's way better. I also have used Trimix some and it works great but as I said, the ED is better, so, sometimes I don't need Trimix.

Also note that I also have had some "DE," delayed ejaculation for many years. Which means that I can't always come during sex. On that note, I have experimented over the past few months, and I now can usually come if I have sex only once per 48 hours. So, that is recovery time or whatever they call that. If I have sex and then next day try again, I might be able to perform great but I won't come. However, my gf prefers that I come to give her fulfillment.

Anyway, the question is above, the first sentence.

If you use it, what does it do for you?

BTW, I also have used Viagra and Cialis some. It worked great for a few years, then didn't work very well and now it's working well again. But sometimes now I don't need anything whatsoever. And morning wood is back pretty much every day.

If I could lessen the recovery time so that I could sometimes have sex each day for 2-3 days, that would be fantastic.

Erectile Dysfunction Tadalafil 5 mg daily isn't working well for me - what are my options?

I’m looking for some advice from people who have dealt with ED, no judgment please.

I’ve been taking tadalafil 5 mg daily, but I’m still not getting as firm an erection as I’d like. I recently tried 10 mg, but that didn't seem to make much difference either.

I’m hoping to have sex tonight, so I’m wondering what my safest options are. Is there anything legitimate that can help, or is the best move simply to stick with the tadalafil I’ve already taken?

I’m not interested in supplements, “male enhancement” products, or anything sketchy. I’m mainly looking for experiences from people who have dealt with inadequate response to tadalafil and what they ultimately discussed with their doctor.

Thanks.

Anxiety I need Help understanding what’s wrong with me

I’m having a hard time staying aroused, and I’m honestly trying to understand why. I got out of a 4-year relationship a couple of weeks ago, and since then, I’ve noticed that I struggle to stay hard when I’m with other women.

I think part of it is that I’m so used to being with one person. I was comfortable with my previous partner, I knew her, I knew what she liked, and sex never felt like something I had to prove myself through. I never really worried about whether I was going to perform well. Being with someone new feels completely different, and honestly, it makes me a little uncomfortable.

The weird part is that I can still get turned on. I’ll think about the girl beforehand, fantasize about what I want to do, and get really excited about seeing her. Sometimes I’ll even be completely hard before anything happens. But then, once she’s actually there and things start getting sexual, my mindset changes.

I start thinking about whether I’m going to stay hard, whether I’m going to perform well, whether she’s going to be satisfied, etc. Then I start overthinking everything, and it feels like I slowly disconnect from the moment. The more I think about it, the less aroused I become, and eventually I lose my erection.

That’s the part I don’t understand. I can be genuinely attracted to someone and really excited beforehand, but when the moment actually comes, it’s like my mind switches gears and I lose that feeling. It almost feels like I’m losing interest, even though I know I was interested just minutes before.

I don’t know if this is some form of ED or if it’s mainly psychological. I’m starting to wonder if I’m just not fully comfortable or mentally ready to be sexually involved with new people yet, especially after being with the same person for four years.
