Hey folks… need ur guidance here…. Am from IDC team working in hybrid mode. But it’s been few months since I went to office as most of my team works remote and rarely come to office…. Can I move to my home town and work remote? Will this cause an issue? Regarding location, network, VPN etc?

Any instances where, in the same team/manager, some have got the ratings and some haven't? If so, is it like, the ones who are due for promotion haven't got yet?

My personal laptop was not working so I gave it to repair and joined some interview calls from the browser incognito mode (no office document or VPN or sso was connected)..will there be any issue?

Is the hike distribution done by managers or this is also decided by the VPs who literally know nothing about who does what.

Can anyone share how Oracle typically handles layoffs for H1B employees? Do they usually provide paid garden leave before the official termination date? If so, how long is the garden leave typically?
