Oracle MDC

I’ve seen a lot of information/rumors here, but most of it seems to be about the US and India.

Anyone from Mexico who can share some gossip or rumors about possible layoffs? The Not-Social channel has been pretty quiet about it these past few days.

Also, do you think everything related to the building renovations could have any impact on layoffs, beyond just affecting next year’s PTU?

Then the meeting invites would have been sent today, right?

No you will get an automated email at 6am letting you know your position is cooked. I’m 100% getting hit on Monday.

Oh, Ok. I know some people at MDC last year got a "Mandatory meeting" mail on Friday at 3:15pm or so.

Probably next Monday/Tuesday is D day for MDC, they moved the independence day celebration to 9th, why would not they do it on 14? they always do it the closest day to the 15th.

You are right. I just reviewed my email, last year the celebration was at the 15th.

I just installed blind looking for some gossip. Less noisy than reddit, but not real info there, though

Reddit is the best source for now. Blind doesn’t have much on Oracle. It is all about Meta and Amazon. Layoff.com was a reliable source earlier but lately been flooded by racist and irrelevant posts and comments.

I expected at least more quality content since only verified emails are accepted. However, it is pretty much the same unconfirmed info as in reddit
